Great food, lousy service. The burgers and fries are better than your average fast food place. As good, if not better, than some sit-down restaurants. Not sure if its worth paying more than what some restaurants charge, though. If I eat their food again, it wont be at this location. I made it clear to the older guy working the register that I had never been there before. All the teens and twenty-somethings making food were joking and in a good mood. Register guy seemed like he had been sitting in the DMV for three hours. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Offered no suggestions, just short replies to my questions. As if he was annoyed a customer was going to eat there. I'll be sure to tell people I know to avoid that location, that guy should be working anywhere but a register.
I like the burgers, but didn’t have the best experience. I ordered via the mobile app, got a message saying to walk to the pickup counter for the food, which is what I did when I arrived. The burger was ready, so I just needed to wait on the fries. Total wait time was probably less than 5 minutes since the fries are normally prepared once the customer arrives. The cashier lady asked if I was waiting on an order, and I answered yes, that that someone was working on it at that moment. She then mumbled that I can just sit if I was just waiting on an order. A couple of guys sitting behind for some reason smirked and kept staring at me as I walked out, which is what turned this into an uncomfortable and awkward experience. It wasn’t busy at all…I guess the cashier employee was annoyed, which in turn made me annoyed enough to write this review smh…The only recommendation that I can give is that if you (Five Guys) don’t want people waiting at the counter 5 minutes for their order to be completed, then be more clearer on this. As far as I can tell the way a person is supposed to pickup an online order has always been confusing.

Best hamburgers ever, customer service is okay but not 100% good....
Pros: Consistant. Better than most burger joints.Cons: Could use better service. One of those places where you get the sense that the cashier is doing you a favor to take your money.

I’m a courier today and although I understand the meals are made to order, the service here is slow, and the employees don’t seem eager to assist customers.My customer’s order was ready and sitting on the counter. The gentleman who was responsible for preparing orders went to the back along with the others without updating the 3/4 waiting customers. So there was a period of inactivity when there was hot food that needed to go out. It was a bit unsettling, but at least they had decent attitudes.
