My first time, I was in & out. My second time, I called my order in & I still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. I called the order in at 12:35 & didn't get my order til 1:20. The guy told me 5 minutes which turned into 40 minutes. The wings & fries were good, but the customer service was pitiful.
I called in my order.Then waited about ten minutes before leaving the house to go pick it up. They didn't start making the order until I got there. Either take payment over the phone or dont take orders over the phone If ur not going to start making an order until the people show up. So aggravating.
Ordered ahead and they didn't start making my order until I showed up. If you're not going to start making the order until someone shows up then dont take phone orders. ??
The food is always 10/10. always made fresh and the fries always have enough toppings. but they never answer the phone for to go orders and are always closing early.
First time visiting here, and it’s my last time. I placed aorder online almost 45 mins in advance, once I arrived at the promised time to pick up my order was not ready. I had to sit and wait 30 mins additional. I’m all for supporting black business, but the logistics of this restaurant is horrible.
Absolutely the best wings in Baton Rouge!!! Fast friendly service!! I highly recommend this place!! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!!
I just didn't like the taste of the chicken pieces. You don't get whole chicken wings, you get wing sections so if you ordered 6 chicken wings you are really getting 3.
If you're trying to come here for a bite and are in a hurry don't waste your time, not even if you are order online and your meal has been prepaid, you'll still end up waiting at least 40 minutes, 20 minutes it says it'll take to complete your order and another 20-30 minutes it'll take them to actually get your order to you.
Ordered an 8 piece traditional lemon pepper.. what I got was 8 wings literally just coated in butter with no seasoning. Ate half and threw the rest in the trash. Disgusting and a waste of $14Not to mention the 30 min wait
The service and food at this particular location are horrible. I placed in order 30 mins in advance just to get there and the order still wasn’t ready. I had to stand in line and replace the order. I then had to wait an additional 30 mins for my food. Not to mention the wings have been consistently greasy and fatty and the fries taste like they are cooked in old grease. This location gives the Empire Wingz brand a bad name
