Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes the service is good. Sometimes not. May the odds be ever in your favor.
The employees are so rude with no good customer at all. I ordered a small blizzard and the cashier said pull up to the front window. I asked her how much is it, she said “it’s 4 something”. I said “ 4 something” . I told her if you don’t feel like working then go home. That is not how you give people a price. That’s the 3rd time I had to deal with a lazy employee. I didn’t even want the blizzard ?
Hit the drive thru ordered food and paid. Pulled me around to the double doors. That’s where I sat for the next 30mins. Then was brought the incorrect orderNot once but twice. 10 more mins waiting on the correct order. Nothing was fast about my experience.
05/20/2022 11:46 AMTenders were good, some fries were fresh but some we cold as ever so maybe they got mixed? Also, didn't receive my straw with my pink punch. Service was okay, no upselling and recommendations from drive thru order taker.
We went to celebrate my husband's successful karate test, but unfortunately we couldn't eat in as we planned. Only the drive through was open.
Fries were horrible, bread was soggy .. food tastes stale... no straws no spoon spent $30 of food, told me to pull around to the doors, 4/30/22 at 10:30... All management should be fired at this location
Consistently one of the worst Dairy Queen locations I’ve ever been too. I have never been and not had an issue.
Employee tonniesha j has very bad customer service to start with she did not make my drink right I had to give her that back then I did not get a straw then I waited 20 mins to come to find out she did not even ring up my salad and I only got cheese balls
2 fish ordered, one sat under the heat lamp for 5 min. WTH?but, it did taste good.
I ordered two flamethrower burgers and two mini blizzards in the drive through. I asked to pull around to the main doors on the other side and it would be about 2 minutes. 15 minutes later I get my food with melted blizzards. I have no straws no napkins and no ketchup. I am spilling my blizzard and needing napkins. These workers need a lot of training or a little common sense.
