The young lady had a spoon in her mouth while she was making orders. This place needs a a health inspection.
Horrible service. Don’t know if ice cream is good because we ended up leaving. We were the only customers and there was no line. Employees just kept talking to each other and goofing around. We stood at counter waiting to give order but they just kept talking and giggling with each other. So we waited a little longer while a large group showed up waiting behind us. They just completely ignored us so we ended up leaving. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all and would give it zero stars.
Employee did not say one word to me, just looked at me like I was interrupting her. Had to ask the manager for her name: apparently treyviana(sp?) The worst experience I’ve ever had in a service location. I normally don’t eat at this sort of place but someone had given me a gift card; I won’t be visiting again.
I forgot what day I came exactly but the staff was absolutely terrible. They made fun of me with eachother because I "talk white" and I "wanted to be white so bad". First off, race doesn't have a way of speaking, and on top of it all, it's just the way I sound. I can't help how my voice sounds and I found it incredibly rude. They proceeded bro pick on every part of my amongst themselves as I was there eating my ice cream. As long as they are working there, i will never return
The line moved very slow took 30 minutes to wait on 8 peopleThe store was warm and ice cream was kind of melty 2 workers but only one waiting on the people in line and that one was working was eating ice cream in between each person she waited onthis is not worth the moneyI would expect to be treated a little better and for the quality to be a little nicer
The line was a little long but that is just a testament to how good they are. The girl who fixed my ice cream was soo nice even though she had a line of people!! She was quick and friendly!
The ice cream shop was super hot, they must have set the thermostat to 90°! The ice cream was melted by the time it hit the cup. We were told they were not making smoothies, they did not have any ice cream cones and there were no large cups. They also ran out of medium lids and a small lid was placed on my cup and into my ice cream. Overall a terrible experience for us today. Pictures of our melted ice cream included...

Slow as junk! Under staff for sure but even the current workers as so slow. Literally losing money because nobody wants to wait 35mins for ice cream. Seeing a lot reviews of the slow pace. Surely they could train better or something.
I absolutely love this place!!! The only thing is that they move a bit slow, but it could be because they are understaffed. However, I've been coming here for a couple of years and they are always understaffed. I'm not sure why or what's going on with that. Other than that issue, this place is great!
