Today me and my husband came here for lunch time today I must say everything was AMAZING!!! Thanks to guy who prep the cinnamon rolls today they where A1 melt in your mouth ?? am sorry I don’t remember your name I think it was Jason I believe please keep up the good work with them cinnamon rolls and thanks to the ladies with making fresh amazing pizza today.
My family and I visited Cici 's today for our first time. We were warmly greeted, upon entering, by Ms. Lisa. She was sure to explain how everything works and even accommodated my husband with severe food allergies. The restaurant was nice and clean and food was well stocked and replenished quickly. Lisa personally checked in on us often to be sure we had an enjoyable experience. As a special treat to welcome us ,we even had 2 flavors of specialty dessert pizza made for us to try before leaving. I was so pleased with how my husband was made to feel included and not as a problem or inconvenience. The customer service was outstanding and the food was on point. This will definitely be a regular place for my family to dine out. Keep up the good work, team and a special thanks to Lisa from Kristin.
Lisa was amazing. Not from here and I absolutely appreciated the hell outta these people. Staff was awesome. Everything was good. If I ever come south again , would def visit.
Food is always GREAT, FRESH AND HOT! Owner is a pretty cool and down to earth guy also. My cree and I visit this location about 4 times or more a month. Everyone should definitely check out this location.
Usually never have anything bad to say. Didn’t eat here but we decided to pull up at 8:58 pm, doors were locked and they closed at 10 pm. A customer let us in because their family member I’m assuming walked up with us. Female in the back us visibly upset we came in & start talking indistantly. The gentleman was nice and apologized the buffet was closed and offered for take out. There needs to be changes on google and an official sign on the door stating buffet closes at 9 pm. I get it, once people get in the store it’s hard for them to leave but locking the door an hour before close up sends the wrong message. Hopefully they take my review into consideration.
It’s cicis. You can not come here expecting a gourmet experience. The pizza is decent. The salad bar is decent. Hard to beat price wise, even Taco Bell is more expensive for two adults nowadays. The guy working the register the two times I have been was super friendly. My biggest issue: they don’t have fountain water. If you want water you have to buy a bottle. And one time we complained and the guy gave us unlimited bottles. But it has to be the only restaurant in the US without water in the soda machine.
Lisa C. Was a blessing to deal with. She made my experience a really good one as she did repeated check ups to ensure that I had everything I needed.
The staff were efficient, hard working, and kind to myself and especially to my children. Louisa in particular. I always saw a staff member cleaning, and they kept the food line well stocked with hot food.
Any where is better than this place. Don’t waste your money. They serve the pizza extra thin, very greasy and in very small portions. The drinks only have one size and that is like a size extra small. It also seems really bad when you come in and I’m pretty sure it’s the salad that smells. I hate this place. I wouldn’t come again. Don’t waste your money here and get other pizza from better places such as papa johns or other places. They also aren’t very clean, the floors are very dirty.
The food was pretty good and Lisa was great and very helpful with our firs time being at cicis. And the made sure our table stayed clean and we wanted pizza they didn't have out and made it rite on the spot. Enjoyed the visit
