Every time I order here, it’s always disappointing. But on Thursday. July 14, 2022, someone needs to be fired or something lol. Portion size was extremely small. Ordered extra meat but the meat portion still small. They didn’t put all the things I wanted in it. The chicken was extremely salty that day. The bowls weren’t labeled
Didn't look very appetizing. I explained i hadnt been there before but they didn't bother to explain my options as everthing i wanted was an upcharge. They scraped the bottom of food containers rather than getting a fresh/full one.
this location used to be great. The past few weeks it hasnt been good at all. Stale chips, messy, and the food hasnt been good like it used to
Worked here a couple months. Until the General manager Cantrell showed discrimination and favoritism. The other female manger said she wanted to beat me up at place we both happen to be at outside of work. I’m on to better things now.toxic work environment
I made an order of two burrito bowls today. I made the order around 10 am and when I went to pick up my order today they said they system crashed and they didn't receive my order even though I received confirmation. The guy at the online order area gave me a paper and asked me to write down the order and said would make it. There was another guy standing there and I told him I have the order on my phone and you can see and make it. He read the order too fast while the other two made. They were missing most of the stuff. When I came home, I saw they messed up my order. Both bowls had the wrong chicken, one had none of the salsas and sauces I asked for and the other one had very few portions. We could barely eat them.I have been a chipotle customer for 5 years now. I do not plan to go back or atleast to this one anymore. You all need to better train your employees when the system crashes and how to get the order right.
First time there? And won't be the last? Service was fast and out! I didn't know what to get but they Walk you through it! You know what you eat! And it was good! I had the bowl with brown rice with add INS! My wife had salad with add INS!!! Everything was delicious!!!
My most recent visit was ok at best. The staff were pleasant and quick, even with a long line of customers. But the flavor of the food was not up to par. The pollo asado had no flavor or seasoning of any sort. It was bland. From the commercials I've seen, I was expecting much more flavor than that. A saltine cracker had more flavor. Maybe I'll try again because I usually have a better experience. This might have been a fluke.
Let me start by saying, I absolutely love Chiptole, but every time my spouse has went here between 7:00 pm-9:00 pm, this location has been out of several ingredients, such as beans, corn, vinaigrette, etc. This has happened at least six times out of the last two weeks. It has been very disappointing to say the least. I only eat the salad from Chipotle, so when they don't have the vinaigrette, the salad is too dry and not enjoyable. The staff needs to increase their prepping or order more food to help with the increase in orders. I will not visit this location anymore until LSU is out for the summer. I really wish they would open another location somewhere else in Baton Rouge!
Always delicious and the service is great! There was a time recently that they ran out of just about everything, but I managed to still get two tacos in. It made the long drive worth it.
I was speaking with a close friend of mine about chipotle and how I liked it, but this location had ruined his experience with chipotle for the “ first time and the last time”, he says to me.A bigger location should be made somewhere close to Lee & Burbank.
