General Tso's chicken is Soo good!! The service was spectacular!! First time here and I'll be back for sure!!?
I got the sweet and sour chicken dinner with noodles and the noodles tasted like they had cleaner in them. I use to love this place but it gave me a stomach ache so I won't be back.

Communication was horrible after I asked specifically asked how it was cooked and she refused to change my order. Being that I’m pregnant I’m not even picky, Just hungry! Had the worst attitude there was no need for an attitude at all, I was very nice about it. So self centered that she didn’t even try to hear what I was saying. I would’ve paid for the food I didn’t like because she complained that she is loosing out on her money and I just would’ve ordered something else and still paid.
I have been coming to China House on Coursey for many years, actually since they opened. The lady there is a jewel. She works so hard to make great food and provide the best customer service of any Chinese restaurant like hers in town.I really eat at China House almost twice a week throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, and now again in the 4th surge. She keeps the restaurant spotless and her cooking area is ultra-clean.The food is outstanding and always cooked fresh and is ready when she says it will be. I have probably gotten 50 families to try it and they still go back.But it regrets me to say that I just left there after being treated like a homeless person at a fancy Country Club. I went in to see if they would make me something they have done multiple times for me with no hesitation. But the extremely rude boy who was at the pick-up window told me "No No, two separate orders...go away or make an order" waving his hand toward my face gesturing for me to leave. He wouldn't even go get the nice lady who I usually order from when I asked him to do so. So I told the boy he has lost my business not because of the cleanliness or great food or great pricing...but because of his poor customer service and suggested he take lessons from the lady that is usually there. It that is the type of customer service that China House now subscribes to, I will never be back.I hate it because they are two minutes from house, but I work too hard to spend my money rewarding rude and arrogant service.Please look back for my past reviews, as they have always been great because China House used to be great. The food may still be, but not the customer service of the front window...and that is where a person gets their first exposure to the whole restaurant.

The China House isabsolutely delicious.I love that they havetables and chairs.So I can eat my foodright away.Also,speaks excellentEnglish and very nice.
China House is always a great choice. High quality every time. Their sesame chicken dinner special is always on point!
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but really my main issue is their inability to trim fat off of the meat. I ordered two Mongolian beef dinners and chicken teriyaki sticks. Every other bite of both Mongolian beefs was just straight fat, to the point it’s like rock hard chewy gross fat. The chicken teriyaki sticks also had a lot of fat on them. Guess they’re trying to save on costs but they’re losing this family as a customer because of it. We’ve eaten here plenty of times before and never had any issues outside of them being rude, but I’m not going to repeat spend $26 on a family dinner that nobody liked and we ended up throwing away.
