We ordered dinner and had it delivered with Waitr. I ordered the General Tso's and it had so much flavor. We ordered the crab wontons for an app and they was still hot and fresh. We used Waitr code LOCAL5 and saved money on having it delivered.
My family and I use to order food at least 3-4 times a month. The last two times have been disappointing. Saturday, June 11, will be my last time ordering. My house fried rice was not cooked together. It seemed as if meat was just added and mixed. It was not good. The chicken and the very undercooked chunks of onion was the worse. My general tao and sesame chicken was also not the best. Now I need to find a new place for us.
I tried to think of a reason not to give five stars but I could not come up with one. The price is very reasonable, the portions are really enough for two people or should be :-), and the qualityIs above average. At least it is as a relates to the general TSO chicken, which is what I primarily order. They also give you fried rice or noodles or both and they are plentiful. Throw in an egg roll and a fortune cookie and that’s a wrap! If you’ve never been, and you’re in the area, I would recommend stopping by and ordering takeout… And that brings me to my conclusion which I believe validates why I could not give anything but the max. Your order will be taken in a timely and friendly matter and your wait will be minimal!
Always delicious, accurate & amazing. Only 4 stars because they cut back on the servings a bit since Covid hit and another small thing not worth mentioning. Overall; great! My go-to Chinese place.
I ordered a shrimp and brocolli combo with shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg roll. I should've saved my money because this food was subpar. The large shrimps were mushy and overdone. The rice was decent with the assistance of duck sauce. My brocolli was cooked very well which I should have just ordered a bowl of it because that was the only thing i enjoyed. My egg roll needed a scavenger hunt to find the one hitting shrimp in it. Overall, this was my first and last time coming to this spot. Next time, I'll stick wirg the places I know!!
Every time I go there is a great experience they treat you good they're quick with their cooking they don't make you wait and every time I get food from them I'm always 100% satisfied. I invite everyone to try it and see for themselves why I rate them⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
This has become our favorite Chinese restaurant in Baton Rouge. Fast, good food, and the staff is super friendly and clearly cares. The portions are really generous. My wife is a very critical egg roll customer, and theirs are the only ones here she enjoys.Spicy dishes are available with mild, medium, or hot seasonings, and while the hot usually isn't very spicy it's really good and flavorful, not just hot.My ONLY beef is the Schezwan beef has too many different veggies. I think it's a regional thing - in the Mid-Atlantic area Schezwan beef has peppers and onions, maybe some carrots, maybe some sprouts, and that's about it. Around here they include broccoli, baby corn, and who knows what else. But it's not just China Express, it's everywhere here.They used to deliver but now just offer dine-in and carry-out, but they're close and we don't mind picking it up. They're really fast, and it's ready by the time I get there.Highly recommended!
