Before covid my husband snd I used to order Chili's rib dinner and share ut. The last 2 times b4 tonight the ribs were awful. Tonight we decided to give them 1 more try. We got the rib platter and this time the ribs were tasty, moist and just fabulous the way they used to be. We were really happy with our food even though what used to be $21.00 was now $34.00. We just wanted yummy baby back ribs and thats what we got!Thanks Chili's for bringing back the quality we used to get.We gave you 5 stars for our Sunday supper tonight.
well first thing ya need to know is the place was understaffed had 1 waitress a hoastess and bartender working on a sat but They pulled it off the service was very good the food was good and tasty the lone waitress was under the circumstances was very pleasant and speedy overall it was a plesant dining experiencein spite of the staff shortage
This is why I just cook my food at home. In 2022 all restaurant quality just isn’t even worth spending money on. One star is too much credit. Disgusting. Any time I eat out I’m severely disappointed. Not even worth it.
HORRIBLEEEEEE!! The cook messed my order up twice!! The second time i sent it back the waitress came back with food like he just slopped it on my plate! I requested to soeak to the manager and the store manager was there and she didnt even wanna come talk to me she was VERY VERY RUDE! And brush offish! Horrible service! If it was up to me i would put NO STARS!
This review is for Brandon at the Millerville location. The TV was very loud at the bar. ESPN. I asked Brandon to lower the volume and put music on. He said this is my bar. Another visit, same thing, except I said something to him about it. He said we needed to show some empathy, since it helps him to unwind. What about the customer? He has no idea what our day was like and music helps us unwind. I had a bar code on my phone for a free appetizer and asked him to help me with it. He said I had to do that myself and walked away. A customer walked in and Brandon told them it was going to be a while. He walked away, instead of seating them and they left. We will never go back on a Monday or Tuesday when he is working. Picked up Chicken quesadillas and chips with salsa. Ordered online. Wanted to do curbside pickup, but you have to go inside to use a gift card. Special parking and entrance for take out orders.
sydney is literally one of the best servers i’ve ever encountered. she was completely tentative and willing to work with our weird orders. we love having someone who can joke around with us. she’s amazing❤️❤️
I am extremely upset with chillis .... while trying to celebrate my sons honor roll achievement. We came to chillis (I'm currently sitting in here writing this review) we have been waiting 40 mins without not one single employee acknowledging us , this is them . When asked to speak to a manager, he stated no one comes to work , and everyone is late! Now we are currently in the middle of a shift change , keep in mind I took the picture below when we sat down 50 mins ago ... I don't know who worse the employees or the people in charge , but i can promise chillis I will never step foot inside of it again
Have a large group of 9. 2 adults arrived and was told 20-25 minute wait . After waiting 30 minutes two you ladies started putting tables together to accommodate my group. The manager Kaleb from across the room told the young ladies not to move any tables and that we would have to sit at 2 different tables. Kids hungry I decided to leave. I love Chill's but won't be going back after this.
This chili's location is the worst one I've ever been to. I went for lunch on a Saturday. We walked in and waited almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged us standing there waiting to be seated. They were not busy at all. After sitting, the best thing I can see is we got drinks. While the food tasted fine, they got our orders wrong. We had to asked multiple times to get refills. Our waiter seemed to have disappeared. We only saw him 2 times. When it came time to pay, they messed our bill up, went to fix it, and messed it up again. Terrible service.
