The service is horrible. took an hour and a half to receive food and i was the only one here. The manager stole my kids and locked them in the bathroom and stole 40 plus dollars of my money and also added her own little meal to my order and didnt bring it to me. Then she told me it was a glitch in the system. These black people dont know how to serve anymore. Let’s bring tole back to the 1800’s so they can fix my food with sorrow.
Food is good as always. Waiter was attentive to us. Gave a 3 because there was 1 waiter & it was nearing Sunday noon crowd. He was having to wait on 6 groups of varying sizes. There was no hostess so he did that job,too.
This chilies had horrible services. My server keep leaving for 15-20 minutes not coming back to check to see if we needed anything. She as well after we told her we needed something never came back. Another person came and end up having to close the restaurant due to low staff. While we was still eating. They lost all their clients because no one was coming out an taking orders ?.
Poor service, literally no one else in the facility. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes and no one ever took our drink order. We left. I understand short staffing issues but there was NO OTHER PAYING CUSTOMERS in the facility!!!?
First off we went to the chili’s in Gonzales, Louisiana & they only had 2 waiters & due to them being short staffed we were told to wait 30 minutes so we drove to chili’s in Baton Rouge near the mall & they were also short staffed but the host was kind enough to seat us anyway. Customer after customer was turned down because of how short staffed they were. This is ridiculous especially for the weekend. My son didn’t even get to eat his meal since it never came out & we still had to wait 10 - 15 mins after we paid just to get his meal to go. Chili’s, do better!
Horrible experience here today. Came in, no visible employees. After a few the bartender came out and asked no one has helped you? I replied no. She said sit wherever. About 7 min later she come to table and said no one been here yet? I replied no then this guy came up and asked for my drink order. I did order after about 28 still no food barely anyone in there I looked at the guy and said u need to get my food and another coke. He went came back with food rudely put it down and went to walk off I asked for silverware he took off mad. I got up and walked out. 33 min total 1 person. Not acceptable. If he didn't want to be there go home!!!
Took a good few minutes to be seated then when got seated they didn’t take drink orders. Took them an additional 30 minutes or more to take our order. Took a while to get our food and the fries were cold. Restaurant was dirty and nastyNot going there again and definitely don’t recommend
Service was great... But food not so good my South West egg rolls under cooked not even crispy, they were soggy, sliders beef was gross must sat out too long going bad... wings barely tossed in sauce... I just paid and left... Margaritas was Perfect though.... Chef needs a Wake up call on Quality Control.... Used to be my #1 $pot.... not so much anymore....
Went eat there for Mothers day, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. Our order was completely wrong, our waitress (jessica) didn't check on us to see if we needed anything like refills on our drinks, and when we got the check we were over charged and she started arguing with us and told us that we had to pay it and she's not changing anything..WORST SERVICE EVER, we're NEVER going back..
Staff closed the dining room several hours early at 8pm on Friday, May 6, and, despite the front doors being open, they refused to come from the kitchen to explain.Absolutely horrible.
