We Had an issue with the order and Asked for missing item and manager said that if we checked in one of the bags we would find it....we were amazed of how he said the words....like we were trying to get a free meal or something. My wife asked him to check the bags but he would not check them. All our meals had different cheese. The place was busy but we have been to busier chickfilas without issues. Also some of the limonades we ordered were supposed to be without ice and none were given without ice. One of the sadest visits to a chickfila. They did however gave us extra sauces I only asked for one sauce of two flavors and was given two of each.
Very busy!!! Great service. Love this place. Eat here quite often.
We are traveling through Louisiana to Alabama. The restrooms at 10:40 am don't represent the reputation and customer service experience of a Chick-fil-A, especially at the start of the day. Toilet paper on the floor, napkins on the counter, soap and paper towels needed replenishing. The female manager did get someone once I brought it to her attention. Upon ordering we were not greeted. My husband's drink cup had a hair on it. The male manager told the young staff member to pour it in another cup while keeping his head down counting money never acknowledging us. The second cup was deformed at the bottom and I had to again request another cup. My drink had coke all down the side that I wiped myself. I was never asked what condiments we needed or told excuse us for the hair being on the cup. The young lady tending to us seemed to be inconvenienced by me asking for more bbq sauce for the 5 meals we ordered after she gave me 2 sauces. Food quality was great, but the service was poor. Maybe it's just not a good day for this location.
This must be a very popular spot for lunch! We hardly could find a parking spot, and the drive thru was two lanes around the building. But in typical Chick-fil-A fashion, they were knocking out the orders, and were keeping up amazingly!
Drive thru.. line was long but it moved . That's the only complaint. Food was hot people were friendly.
I order chick-fil-a at least 3 times a week through door dash. I call the store to ask for extra butter on my biscuit, GABBY is always the nicest and most polite chick-fil-a employee I’ve ever seen. She even left me a cute little note today. And this is why I only order from the millerville location. Nothing is ever left out and they put the perfect amount of butter.
Every restaurant I visit, the service is the same; regardless of the lines length, speed is never an issue. This particular restaurant was really slow. I realized after the fact, it's because there weren't any employees outside taking orders in the drive-thru. Because of this, I spent too much time in the drive-thru.
I’m don’t know why but I’m kind of over it tbh. Chicken sandwiches are better than McDonalds. Lemonade is good. I’ve never waited more than 12 1/2 seconds for my food to be ready so there’s that.
Food here was good breading on sandwich wasn't thin and chicken was juicy. Although they tried to hand me an ice cream cone just as it was via drive through window lol where am I gonna put that while i eat? Fries were a majority of like little end bits and pieces but the sandwich made it worth
