7/16/2022 11:09 am drive thru. Had to drive back after opening the chicken deluxe and finding a big nasty bug placed on the bun with the pickels. No way who ever made the sandwich could have not seen it. What happened to chick-fil-a??? Damn
we had just finished playing a soccer game so while it was not our full team, it was a bigger group than the average family and we came in like 10 min before closing time (something we didn't realize until after we started ordering). none of the employees were visibly upset (although I would definitely have understood if they were); everyone was still friendly and polite and we were able to order and get our food in a very timely manner. they were great!
I was really disappointed In my food today. I ordered a 12 count meal half my fries were gone then they wouldn't even give me a salad container. Lemonade taste like water really no flavor at all.
This was not the best meal that I have had at a Chick-fil-A, the food was great but the service was lacking. Also there was a need for better cleanup in the bathrooms and the seating area. I would go there again but I want to see this location up to the usual standards for Chick-fil-A.
The food was nice and hot.I wanted a large lemonade instead of the one that came with the meal and they made no big deal and gave me the large lemonade.The service was fast.I went to the one on college drive,I like their drive thru better than the one on seigen because I feel like I have to go through a maze before I get in the actual line.
My total was $18.05 I gave her $100.00. In return she gave me back 62.00...as I stated to pull off I glance at the $62.00 and noticed sumthin wasn't right. So I stop my vehicle and got out and proceeded to the window to address the situation. Had the receipt in hand. So I told her that she short me $20.00 she replied back saying ohhh and ask the manager for the ?. Manager was standing 5 to 7 feet away. And the manager gave her the ?. So she proceeded to open the cash register and she gave me my $20.00.Beware folks Pay Attention to ur hard earned money ?.
As you have all herons Chick-fil-A has set the standards for takeout drive-thru facilities. Everything was wonderful
WORST cfa I’ve ever been to. Placed an order, waited almost 20 mins for food, watched the 15 people packed behind the counter talk and cut up instead of work. Each table we tried to sit at needed to be cleaned, my kids eventually wiped one down for us to sit. Went back to order a shake and had to wait almost as long as we did for food. The restrooms were gross, floors were dirty and every trash can in and outside the restaurant was overflowing with trash. I also didn’t hear “my pleasure” one time. This location needs to take a page from any other CFA I’ve been to. It was horrible.
The fountain drink was good, the chx sando was lousy; just like the other ones I've had at various locations. Meh, underwhelming; guess I don't believe, or taste, the hype.
I was just visiting for some lunch. When I pulled into the parking lot the drive through line was so long they had order takers outside conducting the business.Inside the restaurant was very clean and neat. After placing my order I observed how there were at least eight employees working together in the front as a team. This blew me away. There was no yelling, no name calling, no one was sitting around. Every one of the crew was actively working to get the orders out.I had an opportunity to speak with the manager who has been mentoring these young folks for twenty years. I commend her for the patience she has to persevere. These young people were remarkable. The service was quick and I would definitely go back to just relearn the kindness and patience of working in the service industry.This location deserves recognition for the leadership that is fueling the team. I will be back for another chicken sandwich.
