I love this location on Perkins. It has ceiling fans and is always comfortable even in the middle of summer. Great management at this location. Clean.

Great experience and service with a nice drive through.I get iced mochas and theirs taste like a powered mix… some people make an art out of making a mocha but this tastes ok but very canned…5 stars on experience and 2 stars on flavor.

These people here are the highlight to my morning. I've never seen any of the workers here slouch, grumpy or short fused. It is always good morning right at 6am. Smiles and better yet they have coffee.
Sublime! The name "Mochasippi" made me grin, and when I tasted it....it made me dance! Every 'designer coffee' on the menu still retains the Louisiana Community Coffee flavor and reminds me of a time when all we needed for a good cuppa was some hot water poured thru the Community dark roast in the old French drip pot.....CC's always had that perfect flavor, and always will! C'est BOÑ!
