The service is hit and miss however it does seem to be a lot of negative attitudes when picking up your order at the window. It's very immature and unprofessional. Not to mention you never know if your order is going to he correct until you've already pulled off and take a sip to find it is not what you ordered but cannot afford to swing back in as many of us are pulling through there on our way to work. Sometimes it's fine. Other not so much.

I love CCs but every time I visit this location they can’t seem to get my order right. The issue isn’t so much that mistakes are made it’s how the staff responds. They’re rude about it every time.
When I got my cup of cappuccino it's half empty and so sweet That I can't even drink it
Not only is the service here super slow and the employees are constantly rude but my order has been wrong the last FOUR times. The last two times it happened I called and the manager offered to make my drink correctly but who has time to go back and get coffee a second time in the morning. I also don’t like the fact that when I order a large iced latte the entire drink is warm except for about 2 inches at the top where the ice is. In conclusion the Cc’s on Siegen just has sloppy service and I’m served a sloppy drink every time. Things have changed in the last year and so I guess I’ll be getting my coffee at Starbucks from now on. It’s sad that a local place is going downhill so fast.
Better than Starbucks if you have a location near you.
Friendly staff and yummy coffee! They gave my pup Sadie Mae a little treat and she absolutely loved it!!?❤ They put a smile on my face when it has been a really hard week and also made my baby happy so that's just the best to me ❤
Rude employees. Yelled and said “we are closed”literally while we were waiting for our coffee.
Why do you close so early?!I've had great coffee here before, but shutting the doors by 8 is silly for a coffee house.
I love CC’s coffee. But lately when I order an Espresso No. 22, by the time the foam clears, it’s basically a tall drink, not a grande. It’s frustrating to pay almost $6 for a 3/4 filled cup. Is this how it’s supposed to be, CC’s? (I took this photo before I took a sip!)
