Love, love, love the Chicken Marsala! The flavors are pleasantly bold IMO. Only 2 complaints: 1. The Lasagna portions are never consistent (can be very small or can be appropriate) and 2. My absolute favorite Tiramisu-the portion has been permanently cut down by a third despiteits $9 cost.

I rather liked the calming environment that this place had. The decorations went together and didn't feel kitchie or overdone or anything like that. The menu was quite inviting, if a little pricey. I'm not entirely sure if it was worth the cost of the meal, but I will definitely say it is of high quality. The staff there are very attentive, without being overbearing. I would say that ultimately it is a nice place to enjoy perhaps a date with a loved one or an evening alone to enjoy some fine dining.

Upon our arrival at Carrabba's Baton Rouge, we received a warm welcome from one of the staff, Mark Poimier. After a full days drive, we were looking for a great meal and some relaxation. Carrabba's did not disappoint. It turned out that Mark would be our server. As we enjoyed a delicious meal, we watched Mark dashing around the restaurant between numerous tables, the Bar, and the kitchen. The food and service was so exceptional that I asked to speak to a manager to share our positive dining experience. It turns out he actually was one of the managers. I believe this gentleman adds considerably to the quality of food and service at this location, and I strongly recommend it!

Great food, the best in town.

The manager, Mark Poirrier made this dining experience EXCEPTIONAL! I later commended him on how very attentive and helpful he was while at my table. He informed me that he had given a few employees off for the weekend so he was waiting tables. He was the absolute BEST server (or working manager) EVER! Food was delicious as always.

The food was fabulous and Sam our waiter was wonderful. The salmon and spinach was delicious. My husband loves the fettuccine weenie and the black berry sangria. We love everyone there.

The food was a disaster I definitely expected better. The Mahi fish was bland no seasoning and cold the sauce was worst the dish did not come together well at all. I actually was trying to treat my wife to a special surprise dinner date after work. The salad was overwhelming salty I found that strange. The dessert was missing that signature sauce that made us choose that dessert. I still tipped my waitresses? because she's trying to pay her bills but the cooks and management will need to step up there game. I was under the impression that I was going to be fine dining. So disappointing #wheretheydothatat ?

11am and we were the first ones here to dine. Our server and staff were awesome in taking care of our order. Being the first ones of course we got the fresh food from the bread to the lasagna that I ordered. For dessert the server suggested the butter cream cake with berries. I will definitely be returning for great and awesome dining experiences.

Not sure who made the person at to go orders mad but we like our bread not mashed. You can tell one is whole and the other was mashed with a hand.

My husband and I have eaten here a lot of times over the years. We usually get our food to go, but decided to dine in this time with our kids. The Mama Sicilian soup is one of our go to orders; however, tonight the soup was very luke warm. We both decided not to say anything about it to the waitress, because it was still tasty. Our kids enjoyed their food, as well. Overall it was a good experience and we will continue to eat here in the future.
