The servers and bartender have no regard for time. We waited and watched the bartender clean dishes, cut fruit and wipe her bar off before even acknowledging us. There was no one else at the bar but us until about four minutes in. What irks me is this- a gentleman came to sit as well, he was alone. The man had to endure people walking past him, the bartender not acknowledging him, etc. His shoulders and head shrugged down. Finally! Bartender acknowledged him. Not in a friendly manner or with a smile. I hate watching things like that. I do enjoy their bbq pizza and their butter cake. However, service needs to be better. A table should be acknowledged within thirty seconds of arriving. Drinks should be there within two minutes depending on the type. A guest should NEVER wait over five minutes for any acknowledgment. If the server is busy, this is when the other servers, who are clearly saving the restaurant walls with their backs, help out. Customers should be treated with kindness and with a welcoming attitude. I’m giving this restaurant two stars for how the gentleman was treated.
This was terrible. Pizza was okay, not the best thing, but whatever probably saved the dinner. The pasta is a no go, just don't order. Service was terribly slow. Restaurant was empty and was told there's a wait, literally empty why the wait? Waiters seemed busier eating, drinking, and laughing in the back then actually working then run around like they are busy. The restaurant vibe itself was depressing and outdated, dark and gloomy like I went to red lobster or chili's. First and last time.
My daughter and I walked out shortly after ordering as the customer service was not good at all and our server was very condescending. She accused my daughter and I of not speaking to her when she approached the table, in which we def spoke to her but the music is so loud in the restaurant you could barely hear anything. She gave us a smug smirk and I asked her what was wrong she said “oh I spoke to you and neither one of you said anything, I replied and said-“ I looked right at you and said hi.” Then she goes “oh I didn’t hear it.” Excuse me ma’am!? Strike one! She brought me water in a dirty glass strike two! and when I tried to get her attention as she walked by she ignored me strike three! My daughter and I got up and left before our food was even prepared I’m sure. This was my first time going to CPK and honestly had higher expectations.

Took another 30 minutes to receive food. Would not recommend the Chicken Piccata, very small portion and watery lemon sauce. However, the pizzas were very good and Mac our sever was great. Will be back but only for pizza!!
The pros . Nice location, jambalaya was good and well seasoned . Also liked the califlower Buffalo wingsCons: service a little slow for it to be so empty. Waiter was not the friendliest and instead of recommending appetizers when I asked just said " we have many things" ? Bad customer service i have been to low end places and very high end never had a waiter tell me that.

My friend and I have made this our go-to place before attending a movie in Perkins Rowe, but our experience last evening was far from satisfactory. We entered the restaurant a bit before 4 p.m. (to attend a 5 p.m. movie) and all the staff (except for those working the kitchen) were having a meeting at one of the big tables. They saw us and no one made any effort to greet/seat us for at least five minutes. (I am a retired customer service manager and I can tell you that's NOT the way it's done!) We asked a girl working behind the bar if it was ok to sit outside and she (nicely) told us someone would be with us in a minute. So, we went back to the entrance and waited several more minutes for a lady to come seat us, at which point we again requested to sit outside. Her response, not in a pleasant way was, "I heard you". Well, if you heard us, you should have popped out of your chair and seated us then and there. Jeez. Then to add insult to injury, she placed us at table directly in the sun where neither of us would have been able to see, let alone eat without squinting into the glare. We took it upon ourselves to change tables and were half expecting her to come rip our heads off for that move. As an aside, Greg, our server was wonderful, friendly, and efficient and the food was delicious. So, when we get ready to leave, I want to see this woman again to get her name and leave a review as well as bring her conduct to the management's attention. Imagine my surprise when I see she does not have on a nametag, but her shirt reads "MANAGER". Just wow. Not sure how she attained this position, but someone needs to take a good look before she drives more business away. Thank goodness Greg was such a nice guy and made us feel like valued customers, because she certainly did NOT!
Courtney the manager and Twyla, are the best! I’m sure the rest of the staff are also. Great to see people taking great pride in their job post pandemic. Hats off to your staff for keeping the place open and alive!
I never take time to do reviews and not one to bash people either. Tonight made the exception with this place, it simply lacks customer service. It is sad that this place is located in such a nice area, perfect for a pleasant dinner. I hope they soon stand up to the plate and not only provide good food, but respectful-customer service. Tonight, my family experienced such a disrespect from a female manager. We will take matters on this, but hopefully this improves and no one else goes through unpleasant treatment.
We had a great experience a bit pricey but it's ok. Everybody was pretty nice and polite. Our pizzas were delicious.. We had spicy Milano, pepperoni, Sicilian, the works.The flavor was very good and the topping perfect just 2 things the onions on spicy Milano should be more cooked not raw and the works the crust should be a bit smaller but other than that everything was perfect.We highly recommend this place..? we definitely coming back.
