I had an order for deliver. Half the the order was missing! I called and asked them to remake the the video. She said because it was delivery they couldn’t resend it. My options were to cancel the order or remake it ( and get all the items ) but I’d have to come pick it up! I asked for some sort of discount for my difficulty. I spent $10 in delivery fees and tip. She offer no assistance. Once I got to the store, I had to wait another 15 minutes and that was after I had waited 15 minutes to leave home.!Very disappointed!The remade food was okay. The wings were so/so fries cold. But dipped in Asian zing it didn’t matter. So good. Chips weren’t fresh.I prolly wouldn’t order here again
Horrible experience!!!! Got my waitress in the back yapping her mouth and stuff , like people we’ve ordered before getting they’re food before us ! Ridiculous! Wings are dry, got the order incorrect had to scrape off the stuff we didn’t want on the burger I just don’t understand sometimes , listen to the reviews! Spend your money elsewhere:)
Had a great time. Our server Jessie was great, not only with us but with his other customers as well. My favorite part is the great music playing while enjoying my delicious wings. I was relaxed and taken away from whatever I left on the outside ❤️?
The host was not overly welcoming nor properly prepared for seating guests. It appears that the manager did not communicate a plan for seating guests based on which server is up next, so we stood there while the host and a server, who had just clocked in, tried to figure out where to seat us. Now, once seated, the server was very good: welcoming, kind, energetic, friendly. Then we got our wings. We ordered 10 wings each...20 total. We received 9 each...18 total. We told the server but we were not given the 2 missing wings nor was the price lowered for the missing wings. While the wings were very good, BWWs still owes us 2 wings (or better yet, 2 orders of 10 wings each).
The fires were old and hard . The wings were dry , i asked for extra sauce on the side and they put the sauce on the side ! I DID NOT ASK for that . This is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I ever went to .
This rating has nothing to do with food quality or customer service because they were great. I came in to get 6 free birthday wings and decided to add a fry & drink: $8! I'm like, what??? The, it was 'just a fry'. Usually restaurants will fill you up on fries to short you on food but bww barely gave me any...RIDICULOUS!
Great atmosphere to watch some sports. Had good service and wings , rings and curds were all good.
The only reason I am giving this a 1 is because our waiter Nadia was awesome. The food was the most bland food I've had. My medium wings were just hot, absolutely zero taste. My side of Mac n Cheese tasted like it sat at the takeout counter for 20 minutes and they forgot about it. I really hope not all BWW are this bad with food.
Wings and burgers were served hot. Choose your wing sauce carefully. The top 5 hit sauces are ?. Great service.
I sat here for an hour and a half. I was only able to get one beer! My appetizer of cheese sticks took over 30 minutes and when I finally got my wing combo……my wings and fries were cold and obviously old. Don’t waste your money and time.
