Really cool downtown space. If you haven't seen it is a must visit in Baton Rouge. Great atmosphere and service. A place where they definitely know how to make a drink.
Blend is the perfect venue for a small, intimate gathering. I hosted a pre-wedding meet and greet at Blend loft the night before my niece's wedding. Scott and his team were incredible hosts. Let me start with planning - my niece wanted an "open" invitation "drop in" meet and greet which - in my mind - created a planning challenge. This was no challenge for Scott. Scott offered several options to accommodate the event within my budget which worked perfectly. We kept the bites simple (chicken curry skewers, charcuterie, spinach and artichoke dip, meat pies) - all were delicious. And we settled on an inclusive wine/beer menu with option for cash bar for other cocktails. The beer options were pretty expansive - a few oldies + craft beer options and a nice house wine selection. It worked perfect!! We ended up with about 60 people dropping by over the 2.5 hrs event - and we managed to stay on track for the budget. Brandon - our private waiter was the best!! He quietly interacted with the guests to get drink orders (yes, that means no waiting at a bar to order a drink)! My immediate family ordered cocktails (on my tab) - they were delicious!! The best margarita that I have tasted!! The evening was fabulous. The loft at Blend is the perfect venue and Scott's team is perfect to help with your intimate party!
The bartenders are incredibly friendly and exceptionally gregarious. Even the owner, Scott, came to meet and talk to us and it felt like we had been regulars since they opened. On top of the incredible service, the drinks are some of the best I have ever had (and I have had a LOT of good drinks). I will be coming back and be getting a Sazerac, which is by far the best I have ever had. Great bar in terms of service, quality, and especially environment.
I absolutely love the vibe here... laid back but upscale. The charcuterie is to die for and I love how the menu makes it easy to choose, even for an amateur. Stephen, the bartender, was very friendly and informative and Scott, the manager (I think), is a literal treasure trove of knowledge and seemingly loves sharing it. All around amazing experience ?

We hosted our rehearsal dinner there and everything was amazing! Scott, the owner was so friendly and attentive to all of our needs- as were all of the staff that evening! The food was incredible! The drinks were delicious! Thank you for making it a wonderful night for all of us! We will definitely be back!
Giving the 4th star for their wine selection. Be aware their kitchen closes at 9. I was extremely disappointed that they wouldn’t even serve anything simple after 9pm.
Great Old Fashioned. I will go on a Thursday night next time. Looks like Wednesday and Thursday nights have good specials.

Really good drinks and appetizers. They don’t have a huge food menu though and they were out of a lot of items we tried to order. Nice ambiance and location though.
