Been here four times. Almost every time, (different server each time) we had to wait at least 10 mins before our drink orders were taken. The first time, I had to get up and go look for our server and she was chatting it up with her co workers, and we had to ask for refills. On top of the wait to get greeted the second time, our appetizers came out after our main meal, had to flag her down to ask for refills, and we waited about 15 minutes for a second beer. We brought it to the servers attention and she said "it will be coming from the bar" as if she was waiting on the bartender. Watched her go up to the bar and immediately grab it because it was sitting there for a while. Third time the service was good. Last night we went, and if it wasn't for Caleb, who knows how much longer we would've had to wait to get our drink orders taken! But once Caleb got everything sorted out for us, we had a lovely waitress. Last night when we went, it was rather busy so I kind of understand, but every other time, it was not. Anyway, good steaks and baby back ribs.

Deja was phenomenal behind the bar. Super friendly & just the best personality & attitude.

My sides (fries, salad, green beans) came after receiving the main course and appetizer and only came after asking 3 times where they were at. The appetizer nacho cheese LITERALLY got stuck to the paper so the whole bottom of the nachos were not edible (literally wasted my money) Too much money spent for poor food service and mediocre cold food. Never coming back and this is my first time eating here. I have never had a terrible experience like this eating out.

To say service was slow is being generous. Ordered apps and our entrees and when things did start coming out, it was all at once and one of the appetizers showed up after all the entrees. We were sat in one of the smaller "large" booths, which honestly would have been fine if there hadn't been bigger ones available(there were 5 of us). I understand rotations and all, but the host cleaned this table off FOR us, with others open. Our server straight up disappeared at one point and someone came through like a tornado and refilled drinks/dropped off our second round and someone else pre-bussed our table(the app plates we didn't really get to use). We were also rushed out without getting a chance to order another round and dessert. Maybe our server was having an off day or maybe it was just the Tuesday afternoon B-squad. It was one of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars. Our party of 14 arrived @740. The food all came out at different times and by 9pm we were still waiting on a kids pizza and my food while half the table was finishing their food. When my food finally came out, dead last, it wasn't even what I ordered. I asked the waiter to just take it back and not worry about getting me anything at this point. The manager came out once during the whole deal to give us a discount but never apologized for anything and then hid from us and made the waiter deal with us. The kicker is they said we would get free dessert for the inconvience and that took another 30 minutes after we ordered them....

-5 ⭐️ April 14th 2022. We have church services going on in Baton Rouge and this location is close to our church. We decided to eat after church with a party of 15. We arrived around 9:50 pm and we new would have to wait. I spoke to the hostess and she said a party of 7 was before us. We were told it would be 30-35 minutes. Well 35 minutes later a party of 30 shows up and pays the hostess and the manager cash. They said they made a reservation for 10:30. Really! So they seated this party before us. I asked the hostess right before that and she said they were getting our table ready. At no point did anyone mention a reservation until we needed our seats. So we waited a few minutes and no one told us anything. So we asked again and gave us no wait time or any solutions. Basically waited for us to leave. I then proceeded to tell the hostess we were leaving and that we would not be back. She said so what I don’t care. This a complete let down of customer service-5 Star review. Never coming back to a restaurant I have to bribe to get a seat. Unacceptable and unethical. Im sure this is against company policy. I hope someone important sees this and makes changes at the Baton Rouge location. I will not be back until action is taken.

Slow, everyone got their food at different times, got my food last and it was wrong, manager never came over to apologize. 2 hours of sitting there for no dinner!

Service was great. We got wings and calamari for appetizers, both were good. We ordered a pizza qnd the toppings and cheese was very sparse. It was mostly bread. It was still good.

Was shopping the mall with my son and he decided he was hungry. I did not want to get food from within the mall because to me most of what’s there is junk food. So I decided we will eat at BJ’s. First time there and I’m no stranger to paying good money for good food but that was far from the case there. Everything was basic and low quality in comparison to the price of the food.
