last night I took my team to get ice cream after a big win. the time was around 9 pm. closing time posted is 10 pm. well, we get there & there's 2 employees inside on phone & what-not. I knocked on the door, which was locked, and they never acknowledged us and /or told us they were closed. If your hours have changed, that needs to be posted at the door. needless to say disappointed my boys & left me with a let down mentality.
This place hasn’t had milk the past 2 times I’ve been here. It’s the same 2 little women in there both times workers get calls on phone
I hardly do reviews but I googled this place last night & they closed at 10, I pulled up at 9:10pm because I was having pregnancy cravings, I also called on there as I watched to 2 workers not answer the phone, I literally had to drive to the other side just to get ice cream because they locked the doors before closing time, I will never ever give this business any of my money AGAIN!
He did beautiful service as a five-star customer service employee. He deserve to be in a five-star hotel.
Server was rude but I called Baskin Robin, number on website and got an immediate response from the owner. A very nice Man and the situation was resolved.
The lady with green hair was very rude to me .She slammed my ice cream on the counter made my mom fell disrespected will never come back if she isn't fired!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere ! It's nice to see that a simple ice cream shop can survive these days when everything is giltz and glam, a testament to their quality and customer service
We stopped for a treat today, a banana split and chocolate shake.Well, she had a banana-less banana split and I settled for a scoop of chocolate ice cream. No bananas and no milk.How disappointing.
