Victoria and Raymond ??? Victoria was very sweet and smiling when we came in…they had a big group of construction workers in just before us so we eagerly waited for our food! We were so hungry and let me tell you, it was worth every second we waited because the food was 100% perfection. Both the wings and the fries. I have had wings many times in my 40 years but I have never had any as good as today! And I never eat my fries but they were so perfect I actually really enjoyed them. The wings were huge, perfectly seasoned and sauced. I mean just excellent food and service! What a meal!! ???
I did an online order yesterday for lunch and my boneless wings were cooked so hard that I couldn't even eat my food for lunch. I called so I could speak to a manger and she acted like it was my fault. She was very nasty to me. I will never come there again. People don't spend your money there
They are holding their own I MUST say. Every Wing STOP has its OWN uniqueness about it as well as gripes. The good outweighs the bad. Those little shift managers REALLY take a beating. That ONLINE ordering is REALLY a stinker and needs to be RE-EVALUATED iMho. It gets in the way of the walk in patrons.The wings are pretty Damn good. I've been there about 5 times since opening. I WILL continue to support WING STOP.in my Rick Ross voice. Uhhh!!!GEAUX Wing Stop?✌️??
Overall a good experience. They messed up one of our flavors on our 40 count. I do not recommend the Hawaiian flavor unless you like a sweet wing. The others were good tho
2 stars only because the food is good. Be prepared to wait for an excessive amount of time even when they aren’t busy. There is also rude, unfriendly, & ungrateful employees who seem to think they are doing you a favor by serving you. Oh yeah, be sure to check your order before you leave, these employees don’t care enough to verify all of your items are in the bag and if you have to ask for that missing item, expect extremely rude behavior.
First time at a wing stop. Took 45 mins for our order (we were told that before ordering) the wings were good but the fries were so soggy! I recommend the original hot and the Cajun or Louisiana rub
Can't even count how many wings they put in the box. We were shorted, also it was all drumsticks and no flats?
This location is new and was super busy paid 45 dollars and fed a family of 5 so prices aren't bad waited 25 to 30 minutes for our food and it was warm but not fresh and hot. Place has potential so I'll try it again in a few weeks.
The food is good but customer service needs work. It sucks to order 2 hrs before lunch and even have it ready 20 min before actually pickup and get there and still waste most of your break waiting on your food. Very frustrating. Has happened multiple times to me.
I have been waiting for some time now for a location in Alexandria. I ordered online. It was crowded when I got there, but I felt they were pretty organized with the 3 lines they had available(walk in, carryout and online). My only complaint is that they didn't fry the wings long enough for that crispy texture they are known for. I will be back to try more wings and those voodoo fries that I keep hearing about.
