Place immaculate, neat, but nothing to brag about. Shakes have no real fruit like Sonic. Onion rings are frozen ones you can buy at the store, nothing special. Regular burger dressed well but bun much too large for burger. Tasted ok. Just nothing special except the spicy ketchup ...that was a 10.
Usually food is good and Usually right but I just bought an order and still didn't get what I asked for. All I ask as a customer is take 1 min to repeat my order so I can say if it's right or wrong. Didn't bother to go back after checking because was tired.
For years, I wished my hometown had a Whataburger. Unfortunately, when that wish came true, it is the absolute worst Whataburger that I’ve been in from Texas to Florida. Each time I’ve been to this Whataburger, they are supposedly shorthanded but there is always more employees standing around doing nothing than there is working. This horribly managed Whataburger has ruined me from ever wanting to go in another Whataburger in any location because I’m afraid the same management team may be running another one somewhere else. To everyone wanting to eat a burger, don’t waste 1 hour of your life and $10 of gas waiting at this Whataburger, go to the Fatburger restaurant that’s 2 minutes away. The food is just asgood and the service is 100% better.
Normally my go to place for late night grub, but tonight the person working the window wasn't my normal person. The wait is expected this late but when I get to the window to pay she said they were changing out the register and couldn't process my transaction....no problem I'm pretty patient.Except I could see my food sitting on the counter....lost and alone and getting colder with every passing second. When they finally handled the register situation 5 minutes later she handed me my food, my drink, and my card.I got the sausage gravy and biscuits which is usually great but with a chance to cool off they....well ...it's not the foods fault so I'll bite my tongue. Especially considering I have no utensils with which to eat my food. Thank goodness I'm not traveling or I'd be covered in gravy!
Went inside to order. While we waited for our food we heard the manager actively encouraging the team for working together and giving them praise. The food was great and that’s a reflection of the awesome management!

This is my favorite burger chain of all. The drive through was really slow, I mean really slow. And the order was wrong so we had to go in anyway. But once they got it right, it was good. The people inside, and in the drive through, were all extremely nice and wanted to help.
I will only give 4 stars. Only because they keep taking all my favorites off the menu. Other than that they are great. The food is so good a little expensive but it's worth it! They seem to be short of staff the later it gets. I would recommend going if you have not already. They have a good variety..something for everyone.#bringbackThe grilled chicken wrap!!!!!! Long wait only a few customers there so no obvious reason for the long wait, staff not overly pleasant or helpful, stingy on sauce's fries are cold. Not a positive experience.
Pros: Good Food. No ordering errors.Con: Extremely slooooooooooooooow service. They appear to need good (vs. poor) management to have some organization in preparing food. They are most disorganized in watching them. I use to work at a hamburger place and the food came out quickly. I could fully cook a hamburger and fries in less than 2 minutes vs. 15-30 minutes at this place. Bottom line they need to hire an experienced proven great manager vs. someone in name only.
