Jackson Street-Had multiple nervous breakdowns in the past so it’s hard for me to remember things but I do remember how I was treated here.I ordered meal without a drink and 2 other burgers just thought that I had drinks with them,so I get handed my food.I’m still waiting there thinking the guy is going to hand me my drinks he then comes to the window and says what you waiting on??That's all you ordered!!I said thought I ordered drinks I forgot I'm sorry.He said it in a rudely manner and his coworker wouldn’t stop laughing.I’m sure it was because of what happened.They both made me really upset so I asked what was so funny then the guy said I was holding up the line told me to get out of there he had no comment about it…was an about 11 at night African American guy
I want to give this Wendy's store a shoutout of praise. I used to hate going there because I always wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru lane. When I was there the other day I flew through the drive thru so quickly that I thought I was in the Northeast where "fast food" actually means "fast service" -- thanks for improving your service and now that I know I can get through quickly I'll be back again soon!!!
I love getting food at this location its clean, fresh food, and good service. What more can you ask for? ?
Wendy's always has great food in sometimes they don't have the best of Staff but whoever's there will do
The drive thru is pretty quick, however, last week somebody apparently didn't wash their hands because I got pretty sick from there.
Too many young unsupervised children working here. They are very unprofessional and immature. Playing around at the register while taking orders, shutting drive thru down and making people come in, because y’all are extremely LAZY. Food at night is terrible and not fresh at all. Y’all need to do better, especially at this location. Wendy’s by the mall is MUCH better and way more professional in my opinion.
Got good deals and love their fries. Reasonable prices and usually pretty speedy. Great frosty's too...overall good atmosphere and food.
Burgers are old and dry.Every time I go to the drive-thru, I seems to always get burgers thathave been sitting out from a while. The burgers are expired but theystill sale them to the public. I`ve even gotten sick after eating theirburgers. When I request to have a fresh burger, they always lie andtell me that the burgers just was put out. They tell me ok I`ll make afresh one, only to have you wait and still give you the old burgers.I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE...BAD BUSINESS.This location is 4015 JACKSON ST. ALEXANDRIA, LA.
