Order was wrong and I just came through from a trip and stopped through here and we weren't happy with our order.
Went on 2 different days. The the experience was completely different. The 1st visit went well as our orders were correct and the customer service was great. The 2nd visit was not so great. My burger had items on it that were requested to be moved and the customer service dropped from the first visit.
Never have a problem with Wendy's always fresh and hot and the workers have great attitudes and get your order right.

Ordered a menu item and received something i didn't want...it's starting to becoming a reoccurring issue at this time.
My husband and I stopped by last week and ordered the cheeseburger combo. Not good at all. No seasoning and dry.
