the food was absolutely delicious. sydni was a great server and recommended the best dessert! bread pudding to die for!
The food hand down always good hot & freshly coming out to you. our waiter James was awesome he was on it. really makes your worth going. 10/10 I'll say 10.
We've been loyal customers since Walk-On's came to Alexandria and out of all the waitresses that we've had, Sydni has truly been the very best!!! She's very professional, has the best tableside manner and really knows how to work with the public! If Sydni could train all the waitresses to have her work ethic and public relations, then Walk-On's in Alexandria would not only be good but they would be TOTALLY AWESOME!!!
Very amazing spot, first time in LA. Looking for decent restaurant to try some alligator meat. Google advised the Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux. We called to make sure they would be open when we get there. Customer service was on point ! The food was delicious?! The menu has a lot of choices to pick from. After too much food we played and went home. I definitely recommend for a family get together
We had Jasmine as a server. She was awesome! Very attentive and gave us the best experience possible. She really cared about her customers and does her best to make everyone happy. I've been here once before and didn't have a great time so this experience has definitely improved my opinion of the place. Will definitely be back!
Madeline was amazing. 10/10 service. Such a beautiful personality and make my experience there great. Felt like family.
Food 5 out of 5. Great flavor, nice southern flavor. The drinks however are overpriced for the area. 16$ vodka red bulls (they did have sugar free, so that was nice). They have a lot of taps, but not a good way to know what is actively on tap or what seasonals they may have.
Kady provided excellent customer service! She was so friendly and personable. She made great recommendations and was aways on time to check on us. My Honey thoroughly enjoyed his Cajun Ribeye!? I will definitely request her the next time I am at this location. Kady is amazing!!!
Came to eat in a big group with our newborn and we had a waitress named Jillian and she was so fantastic. She was quick and very attentive. We had a small issue with bowl of gumbo from kitchen (not her fault at all) and she handled it quickly and with such a great attitude. The food was spectacular as always and service was beyond phenomenal. Love this place more and more.
Had a great meal today made even better by my waitress! I ordered the boom boom shrimp(which was great). I believe my servers name was Madison Collins and she did get job very polite with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back!
