Absolutely horrible customer service!! Got order wrong and they got upset that I was checking it before I left. Then tried to tell me that a taco was a Supreme taco when it had no tomatoes on it. Did wrap the tacos properly so they were galling out of the wrapping and dripping grease all over the bag which caused it to have a big hole in it and then tried to give me another bag so that I could put the torn bag into while in my car in the driver's seat! I gave it back to them and the whole time one of the leads was laughing it up right at the window to the point I had to ask her what did she find so funny, my aggravation!! Do not frequent this location!! One on other side of town is much better on customer service front. This all happened on 7/12/22 at 7:15 p.m.
There was an error in my order, Gladly I checked my bag before leaving, however it was corrected w No problem and I had a Very respectful drive thru personnel, I did not get her name. Very respectful and manner able. We need More like her.
If I could give more stars I would. This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have been into. The customer service is above and beyond and they make you feel welcomed I definitely will be back

Out of the 4 locations here in alexandria and pineville, this location (by the traffic circle and the mall in alexandria) has been my go to spot for taco bell lately. Service has been outstanding, accurate order, and hot fresh delicious food everytime!! Amazing job!
It seemed like they just threw the tacos into the box. There was lettuce and cheese all over. They also messed up on the order and then yelled at my boyfriend when he tried to walk in because apparently their lobby closes at 3pm in the afternoon.
Good place to eat but with the dining room closed we waited in the line at thrive thru for more than 30 minutes
I asked for lots and lots of mild sauce, and stated that last time I asked for lots and lots of mild sauce I only got 2 I went on to say can I have a hand full. And since COVID they now give you your bag closed with a sticker. So I get to work and once again I only have 2. And my 2 items that I ordered are half unwrapped, and the burrito wasn't even rolled just kind squished together on 2 sides then folded back the other way spilling out all over the bag and my other item. No effort given at all.
