I ordered a 12 inch roast beef sub to go and when I got home there was literally 4 super tiny sliced pieces of roast beef. I’m not faulting the staff they were very nice and professional. I gave a three star because the staff was exceptional.

Oh my goodness my sandwich was made to perfection just as I ordered. This employee follows request perfectly.
The food was good when I finally got it. I placed an order online at 3:13 pm for 5:00 pm pickup. When I arrived, I had to wait in line just to be told they didn't have my order. Then when I showed my order on my phone, they found the ticket on the counter and said they just got it. I finally got out of the store at 5:22, because they had to make all the orders for the folks in line first. What is the point of ordering online if it isn't ready and you have to wait in line anyhow?

I ordered through waitr app and it was saying it had been delivered an hour and half ago. I called them and the manager picked up I told him what was going on and he just hung up instead of communicating like I cant help you with that you need to contact waitr. Very unprofessional and extremely rude I have seizures and I don't think right all the time and other stuff but the fact is how unprofessional and rude and not manager material I will not be ordering from this store ever again! I am furious.
