We went through drive thru and my husband ordered a Chai Cream frappe with almond milk and a mango dragonfruit refresher. My chai cream frappe came out with whole milk instead of almond milk. I didn't realize until after we'd pulled away and I started drinking it before checking the label.We had clarified the almond milk three times to the cashier and I'm lactose intolerant. I'm only going to deal with an upset stomach but some people aren't so lucky. If you have dietary concerns, please be careful when placing the order. I've attached a pic of the label to show what I received.
I was sold cake on July 7, 2022 that expired on May 25, 2022. Manager said the frozen was the freshest, and it tasted funny, so we threw it away. I won't be anything there again.
Everytime we visit this location they have always "got a late start" and cannot take orders until at least an hour beyond the posted hours on the door. Hours of operation do not match what consistently happens in reality. Seems like a managerial/ accountability problem. Incredibly frustrating.

I got the Soy Carmel ribbon crunch!! My cold favorite! My son got a hot Caramel machiato Grande extra shot of espresso! He said it was the best ever!

I dont know how this location has 4 stars. This is the worst Starbucks that I've ever been to. Orders wrong, long lines, slow lines, closed when they're supposed to be open, horrible location and difficult to get in and out off.Don't waste your time, unless you get off om that.Go to Krogers for Starbucks. Or better yet, go to CC's in Pineville.
I'm tiered of them being closed when they are supposed to be open! If you aren't opening at 5 then change it on Google! Its okay I'm just gonna go to the one in krogers cause they are always open when they say they are
Terrible service. They can’t make a drink correctly and then catch attitude when you ask for the correct drink. I asked for and was charged for an extra shot and it wasn’t added to my drink they just wanted to make excuses and not correct my order. Do not eat here
So apparently the drive thru is a trick and the doors don't open. The line of people waiting are just waiting to back out and leave. That is all... waist of 20 minutes
