We went on a busy Friday night so our experience might have been abnormal, but the service here was below average. We had to wait 20 - 30 minutes past our reserved time and the waiter was unattentive. While our pizzas were very delicious and you can get some awesome and unique flavors it hard to justify the big price tag they come with. We might come here once or twice a year for the special pizzas but it's definitely not our go to when we want good pizza.
Every item we've tried as a family has been phenomenal.Even with the staffing and supplies issues they've encountered with COVID, they've still maintained the quality in atmosphere and dining they started off with.It is a tad on the pricey side, however you're paying for the quality ingredients and the time and care they put into making these dishes. If you haven't been, I urge you to try it. You won't be disappointed.
Incredibly underwhelming. Lets start with the appearance: we sat outside which hasn't been swept or cleaned in a while because there's trash and food all over the ground, chairs all over, food left on tables for the whole time we were there. In contrast, the fat burger side, which shares the patio, was spotless. For the prices they charge, the food is mediocre. Stay away from the pay-by-the-slice pizza because it looks like it's been under a heat lamp for a while, the cheese was sort of dried and clumpy. The pepperoni were the size if a nickel, and SO much grease. The server was apathetic and let us know she was tired and hadn't slept much the night before. Just not very professional or concerned. I will say the brussel sprouts were tasty, but I wouldn't come back. Overpriced and underwhelming.
Omg the service was above and beyond!! Our waitress was great!! She actually entertained my almost 2 year old, giving him odds and ends to play with and entertaining him while we ate!! She was literally fantastic! I wish I knew her name!! But more importantly the food was awesome!! A little pricey but not overwhelmingly so. And the atmosphere is pleasant and and comfortable. It's kind of a hidden gem being kind of ducked off of coliseum boulevard. Totally worth seeking it out though! Also it's in a brand new building that is really a beautiful building and in a really nicer area of town too!!
Fantastic food and drink menus, and selection of beers. This isn't your $5 pizza chain, these are custom made pizzas to order. Service is friendly and prompt, but can slow down a little sometimes if the restaurant is completely full. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside on the adjoining covered patio.
So when I came in the door the hostess “Lexie” was very rude, was on her phone, and was cursing at a server. Very unprofessional. Then my friends & I went to sit at a bar table. The service was TERRIBLE, our bartender/waitress was Brianna. She was very inattentive, lazy, & overall apathetic. I have been there before with good bartenders (Erin (male & Payton (female)) however, this experience SUCKED. The food was good. I would go back, but would require better staff.
It's a good atmosphere, friendly staff but the food is ok at best. The loaded fries are good. No seasoning in the pasta, the bread with the dip was too soft, no other option available. It took a while for our food. We ordered mac and cheese when we first got there for one of the kids and it didn't come until our food came about an hour later. They definitely seemed short staffed. Overall just ok, I don't know if I would return
Pleasant surprise, this place popped up during Covid and I just discovered it. Great tap beer selection. The service was a bit slow though... typical in today's Covid world.
Was hesitant to try this place because a lot of people I know said service was bad but I'm so glad we did give it a try. We were greeted seated promptly, our server was on point and the food is amazing! The marinara sauce and cheese sticks are to die for. The pizza is soon good.....and the beer....so many craft options!
Hands down best pizza in cenlaFriendly staff, great atmosphereWill definitely be back
