So, I called this restaurant to see if they had any freshly cooked pizza, like they would in the buffet. I wasn’t sure if they had any left, considering they were going to close within the next 25 minutes. So I proceeded to ask the worker if they had any pizza from the buffet or any ready. They replied, “It takes 20 minutes to cook it.”Me thinking, “Okay, I’m not going to have them cook a pizza. They will be closing in 20 minutes, I’m sure they are ready to close when it is closing time.”That’s whenever I reply back to the worker, “Oh, I am sorry. Nevermind.” As I was about to explain my, “Nevermind”, the worker hangs up. No thank you. No okay. No reply. HANGS UP.I don’t understand why people cannot be passionate about their job. Like, you literally have a job right now.. Be grateful for it.Great customer service is key!
Easy to order, ready when I arrived & still hot when I got it home. Tried the new Edge for 1st time. We are big fans of thin crust pizza. The thinner the better. The Edge has a great thin crust w toppings all the way to the "edge". Yum!
Slightly too greasy for my taste but thats just me, overall a great restaurant experience. Used to eat here as a teenager all the time.
Wait till 20min later to tell Me they didn't deliver here so now I can't get food any where else delivered thanks pizza hut
Ordered online (Pizza Hut app)thin crust pepperoni pizza and Breadstick. Despite the building being all lite up the doors were locked so had to use drive through. 4th car from window took about 20 minutes, then the girl at the window had a mask on and was mumbling and couldn't understand her and she was moving at the speen of a turtle with a broke leg. Pay for food pull off with extremely thin crust, looked like cheese and pepperoni with a rim. Thought well that sucks until I checked the bread sticks and they were about half the thickness as normal and crunchy as a bag of chip and grease all over them. The breadstick literally cracked when bent and cut my gums.PIZZA HUT MCARTHUR IS A HARD NO ?
Dang, that moment when you are waiting for pizza and realize they are making it with no gloves. Then watch him drop the pan on the floor but use it anyway..... Smh
Normally I have no problem with this place. This visit was a little different. A new hire waited on me and when he/ she it was difficult telling I noticed the hands. There was enough dirt under the finger nails to plant a potato field. I feel employee's serving food should have clean hands I'm a mechanic and my finger nails aren't that dirty.

Went with Boneless.IS it JUST me but what's up with the crust???I know it's not their fault but come on Pizza Hut corporate.The crust is crisp but the rest tastes like it's on plain bread.I USUALLY order thin & crispy crust but called myself going with a PAN but that was NOT pan.I don't know if it was the way it was cooked etc BUT the toppings were cooked great so I didn't complain because THIS issue I feel iMho was beyond their control.My Son and myself dined here about a month ago and ordered Hand-Tossed crust and experienced the SAME thing.Going to go try my town favorite Jackson Street location and order the SAME thing. I will let you know the outcome STAY TUNED.
The last two orders I made the pizza looked like someone threw it. I have been ordering from pizza hut for years and I never experienced my pizza looking the way it looked back to back.
