First time going May 2022. Went for dinner on a Wednesday & was sat immediately.Live music every Wednesday. The band wa sloud if you sit near them but they sounded really good! Played a variety of songs (classic rock).Atmosphere: clean, inviting, comfortable. Tables and booths available. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Mexican flare with nice lighting. Bathrooms were clean! Great place for families, friends or date.Service: Very friendly and easy to request item. Attentive and timely. Invited us to join them for Cinco de mayo.Food: good variety. Tacos, burritos, chili relleno, fajitas, enchiladas, etc. We ordered the chili relleno (only $4 each!) and added shrimp/ veggies. For 2 chilis with veggies/shrimp with queso and a drink it was about $17.Prices: affordable and fairly priced. The quality was good for what we ordered.We would absolutely return!
I'm pretty sure this place is run on magic because almost as soon as you order it seems like your food is there at your table piping hot and amazing. The wait staff is more than efficient and courteous. I have yet to get the wrong order or anything that was not amazing. One of the best atmospheres for a date night in town and also great to bring kids. Live music is definitely a plus and the drinks are better than they should be because they are dangerous!
Pedros is the Buckee's of Mexican restaurants. They do all of the things you love about your mom and pop Mexican restaurant, just at 3 times the scale. Service is pretty good and the food is consistently good. Nothing too impressive. Same menu as 75% of other similar places. They do have live music on the weekends. Prices are a little high. Overall a good experience.
The staff was fabulous. They even offered to make fresh guacamole at the table, that it was $10 so we didn't get it but the food was absolutely great I enjoyed my experience there thank you.
The meat for my daughters food was RAW! It was actually pink. Thank goodness she only took one bite. I was horrified. The customer service was lacking, and that’s putting it nicely
Our server was bad, but other than that, this place was AMAZING! Food was incredible!
Just stopped in Alexandria for the night and our hotel recommended Pedro’s for dinner. Festive atmosphere with a live band, great margaritas and quality Tex-Mex. Service was fast and friendly. Wish I lived closer!
Pros: Tex-Mex Cons: Very expensive even off the modest lunch specials. Cost $37 + tip. The "music" was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think nor talk to the person with you. It gave us headaches and was too brutal a volume level to enjoy the meal. The waiter was like Halley's Comet coming around every 76 years. An extremely unpleasant experience.
Amazing! I can't tell you how great this place is. You have to try it for yourself! First off, the atmosphere and feel of this place is awesome. Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Secondly, the salsa and chips are top notch. Salsa is fresh and the chips were hot and crispy. The guacamole is also fresh and creamy. Food was great and the drinks were good. Service was on point and the manager was nice and wanted to make sure everything was good. Do yourself a favor and try Pedro's! Definitely coming back when I am in town!
Attentive service, food is fine. My issue? Their $12.99 “house margarita”That is daylight robbery, no matter how you tell the story, especially for what you’re getting! It’s not even top shelf, or anything special. Typically not concerned about the price of a “house” anything, yet here’s our sign.
