Food waz overcooked or to cold on food that should have been hot staff did not go out of there way to be friendly used to be best Chinese in Alexandria some food like sushi was hard did not seem to be freshly made coconut shrimp was cold not good luke it had set out a long time also seadalt shrimp wax not warm good soup always looks dried out
Food is always fresh and people are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience here.
We usually hit the Panda whenever we are in Alex. The food is always fresh and they have a great selection on their buffet. Everything from sushi to all your regular Chinese favorites. They even have a buffet bar with American choices for the kiddies. And dessert selections to boot. A great place to eat.
My wife and I stopped by to see what it was like, however, the manager, Mr. Usman, refused to allow my service dog to enter. I am a disabled veteran with a clearly identified and fully trained service dog. He said I was not blind and so he would not let me in. I tried to explain the Federal law as detailed in the American Disabilities Act, but he refused to listen. I called the local police but to my surprise, they were not familiar with neither the federal nor the state law concerning service dogs. We left, but I will be reporting this incident to both Federal and State authorities. From reading the reviews, however, it seems that we were fortunate in being denied entrance.
Me and my husband went here for the first time the staff was very rude the food was cold and not cooked all the way all 4 of us in the party are now sick the owner started yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant full of people we did not eat but two bites and we were forced to pay then he became racist and said that "you white people are trained to bully us" we were just simply telling him the food was bad he then went and started touching the pans with food In them telling me to feel that it was hot and his food was good I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN very rude people and their food is bad it looks fresh but it is not it is under cooked and cold my friend got a steak that a knife couldn't even cut through so beware

This was my second time coming to this buffet and getting really sick afterwards! I’ve been sick for almost 2 weeks and the doctors said it’s because the food wasn’t cooked all the way which would cause Ecoli food poisoning. When I went to the restroom it looked as if I had parasites in my stool! My mother in law, her friend, and i all have been really sick since and we all had the same symptoms! The food was not all cooked thoroughly!! No one had on masks and we were the only ones that were told to pull ours up and watched the whole time like hawks!
Their food is so good!! I've been going there for so long and it never disappoints. They have a wide variety of different foods and they are all so good. The staff are so nice, it's just a great place.
I have been going to Panda for years. The food is better than ever, and the staff are so nice. I have never been disappointed or had a negative experience! The consistently full parking is a testament to their popularity and quality.
