The service is usually great, but today I wanted to buy the biggest tray with 3 meats and the lady only fixed me 2 and the bill was like $12 and some change. I told her I ordered 3 meats of angus and then she added an xtra and wanted to charge me $6 and some change more. I know prices have went up, but this was a mistake on her part and as she fixed my plate, she “shook the spoon” and only gave me like a half of scoop when there was plenty of food in the dispenser left! I felt slighted, as I usually get great service here I am manager of place of a business here in town and I always treat my customers right and Panda Express should try to do the same. When I return, I will speak with the manager as he does business with me and try to resolve this so that it doesn’t happen to other customers.
Slow service. I ordered online but order wasn't made until I had to show my online email confirmation. Food was put together slowly, two drive orders were made while my food was still sitting there. The lady was very friendly and thanked me for my patience, just would have rathered my order been ready at time on pick up order.
Open for dine In with fast friendly service and a great selection of hot, delicious food.The facilities are very well maintained including very clean bathrooms. Ten fountain drink flavors to choose from and they also offer an assortment of bottled drinks and water.They are active charitable contributors in the Cenla area as well as nation wide.
The food was very good and the help was very friendly and even came out to see if everything was good. Will be back as we found much better than the one on MacArthur Drive.
Waited 40 minutes for my food and when I open my tray the noodles where piled on top of my entree because they did not put it in the bag correctly. This is the worst service I have received from them and will not be back to this location.
The fried rice was so hard it was not even edible. Went back to get white rice and they put it in the bag without closing the top. Got home and realized the rice had all dumped out.
The Staff was very friendly and respectful, unfortunately i order the Beijing Beef and the Angus steak. on the Black Pepper Angus steak they charge 1.50+ for it but i got barley any with my order. But overall best Panda in the Area!!
Most times that I come here, they are out of one or more items. The last time I visited, they were out of teriyaki chicken. I was told to wait for seven minutes so that it could be cooker to order. I waited more than thirty minutes while watching cars that arrived after me be served. I returned to the window and received both an apology and the food. When I got home (a two minute drive), some of the food was cold. The honey walnut shrimp had no walnuts. The rice was hard on some portions. It appears that the quality at this location is diminishing.
My order was placed at 4:29, was given a time it wluld be done and ready at 4:40. It was 5:30 when I received my order. Absolutely ridiculous, if you need your food fast, don’t come here because it’s definitely Panda EXPRESS.
This location won't last long. As previous reviewer said, we tried multiple times to go but it was locked with no signage. We called before coming today to ask if dine in was open and they hesitantly said yes, when we arrived it was locked and we called again for them to say "we lost the keys" even though this is a common occurrence and has happened to us multiple times.Management does not want sales and is hiding from customers, corporate please take note or else you will lose this location. There was another big group trying to get in after us, you easily just lost $100 in sales in just two minutes flat. Typical for Alexandria.
