Worst McDonald's in the area. Waited 30 minutes on an order of fries and a cheeseburger.
Horrible wait time on our order. Waited over 40 mins just to get two large fries two frozen cokes and two McChicken meals. Not sure what the problem was they had plenty of employees walking around. Just don’t recommend if in a hurry.
Had to ask if I could be helped. First time I had been there since Covid-19. Had a kisous to use but was not going to use for 1 item.
Traveling from Dallas to New Orleans stopped at this McDonald's to have lunch worst service ever ghetto girls not one professional food service employee there faces on them not happy they were literally throwing orders on the counter yelling number we asked if one of those was our order and the Manager I think she was Red shirt long braids gave us a dirty look People with those kind of customer service should not being working in food service or any other Customer Service place.?
Order was super wrong but they fixed it pretty quickly.
Drive thru was fast. Service was ok.
Clean McDonald's. This is even one I worked @ when i was 19 & 20. Even after remodeling a few years ago, they still are a clean establishment
I am a doordasher I literally waited 30 MINUTES and they STILL never got the food together I understand it's lunch n busy but if they would play less n work more they could get the 30 people line down.....I. is just RIDICULOUS I ended up unassigned the order after waiting 30 minutes on it!
I went there got spicy mc chicken and cup for water $1.00 dollar that's it .. no problems I at and was able to swollow my food with water to help in the process.. thank you McDonalds...
I know this is fast-food but it doesn't have to be lukewarm and difficult to enjoy.
