Favorite Mc Donald’s! It had great costumer service, everyone was nice and polite. Drive Thru was quick and dine-in was clean and it was entertaining for kids.
If i want somewhere good, fast, and reliable. McDonald's in jennings la gets it done. Usually always have hot food.
What can I say, you can't beat McDonald's. That's why in the mornings you'll see older people gathering and it's like that across the country. They sit drink coffee eat and talk. The food is always fresh every McDonald's I've been to
Ordered a 2 blizzards after eating lunch inside. Was sold the blizzards. Waited 10 min and then the person came and said, oh our ice cream machine is not working. Do u want a refund or something else. Well we got a refund and left.
Have waited 45 mins as they have sent 5 cars onto reserve spots & had 2 cars pull forward. Not sure what the issue was, cashier told me waiting on qtr lb'er. Weird, girl waiting next to me was waiting on nuggets. Anyway super busy & staff got weeded bad!
Messed my order completely up. Cashier was very rude. Was using my app didnt get discounts bc cahier rntered wrong
I understand they are busy but come on how do you order a number 7 which is cheese burgers I wanted no pickles but instead they slapped two hot spicy on there made it just like cheeseburgers how dumb can they be
I would like to share my wonderful experience I had at the McDonald’s in Jennings this morning. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #3 with a cafe frappe. Any where else you go a #3 would be a combo. I get to the next window and receive the biscuit and the frappe. I asked where was the hash brown? The girl at the window with her smart attitude says you have to be Specific!! When making the order since when?? Then she Proceeds with the tone in her voice you can purchase one for a $1.10..Like really that’s your mistake.. then I ask for my receipt she says I don’t have one I said please print one. Than after all that she pushes a hash brown to me through the window not in a bag but holding it with her barehands.. Great job!!! Another list guest.
The big mac we ordered had no onions or pickles ?The best part of the burger and it looked like it was thrown together. Then I ordered a small fry with no salt, well they had extra salt and like 5 fries in the bag! We were not sure to be mad or just laughing after paying almost $2 it. Plus we had pull and wait on the order. Yep it sucked
Great service but the food is fast food so the quality just isn't as good as other restaurants. For fast food it was excellent! But rated against real restaurants, 4 stars.
