The food was very good (thought the value is questionable) but the to go experience was not good: They didn't include several side items for the kids meals. When I went back inside to ask them, the person I spoke with was not helpful and then claimed to have tried calling me about it, which they certainly did not. We will not be back.
Waiting over 45 minutes and still hadn’t got food. Asked for it to go and they asked me if I still wanted to go because it was about to come out. This is not fine dining and I come to this place to eat and leave. Not sure what the hold up was but got to do better.
Wasn't very good. Waited 45 minutes for our food. They didn't have alot of the menu available. Was very disappointed with my first and only visit. Won't be eating there again.
Quite possibly rhe worst McAllisters you could go to. If they are not out of one thing it's the other. I love McAllisters but, this was 4th bad visit in a row. Dine in is fine if the AC is on. But togo they give me the wrong food or missing ingredients almost every time. I take my order back in and the tell me, sorry we are out of bacon, avocado, the soup you ordered, etc. Why didn't you tell me? Why did the cook make it short of ingredients? Its crazy. Im done. Cost too much, just to have so much trouble to get a sandwich. Never happens at Chicken Salad Chick, or PoBoy.
Working in ICU tonight and we ordered dinner from McAlister's Deli. We got our food and there was no AuJus for my French dip, no dressings for the salads, among other things. And now there closed. Some of the other nurses said that's why they quit ordering from this establishment as well. Lesson learned. I won't ever order from here again and I'm going make a note on the menu we have in the break room so no one else makes the same mistake we did...
If I could give them less then 1 star, I would. Don't order delivered food from them because they always get it wrong! 1 thing from everyone's order was missing. Thats 5 items, from sides to chips to sauces/dips to pickles. I wish I could say I'm being dramatic, but this just keeps happening. I won't order from them anymore.
This is the worst McAlister’s location I have ever been to. There have been multiple times that I have went in here and there are workers sitting at tables on their phones and no one ever comes to the counter to take my order. I understand they are understaffed, but this is not an excuse to not serve a customer even though you are “taking a break”. There have also been instances where I have ordered through the app, and not received my correct order. I will not be returning to this location again.
Came to this location for the first time around opening ? @ 11A.M.The service attendants are very friendly!The food was good, too. Filling!Vegetable soup!!!!! Yummy!!!!!
Wouldn’t recommend online ordering. A drink was shorted, no pickles when clearly marked, the 3 out of 4 drinks i received only one was right. A true disappointment for myself and my coworkers.
