Visited for lunch on Father's Day this year with a group of 10 including my mother in a wheelchair. The table was ready fairly quickly even though they were packed for Father's Day due to the efficiency of all members on staff from what I could see. Our group was particularly picky that day and had many special requests or changed their minds at some point. I would have completely understood our waitress getting frustrated or annoyed, however, she did not do that. In fact she was extra helpful and offered options not even asked for. Even though everything was efficient it was correct and the quality of the food was great. Would go there again anytime!
Recently, we hesitantly went to Logan’s (it was the choice of our kiddos selecting restaurant for end of school celebration). Our last experience had been subpar, but we determined to give it another go. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is under new management, and it shows! The wait staff was exceptional, the food was delivered in a timely manner, was hot, and excellent. The physical plant has received much-needed updates and felt fresh. It was a great experience. I am thrilled to have Logan’s back on the table of regular options for dining out with my family.
We arrived after lunch on the way home from a conference. There weren't very many people in the restaurant. Before sitting, I had to get paper towels from the bar area to wipe off my seat because it was dirty. After being seated for 15 minutes, and being passed by the waitress in the bar area several times, the bar tender came and greeted us, took our drink orders as well as our food orders (since we'd been there long enough to know what we wanted), and told us that our server was someone with a name beginning with an S. We knew it couldn't have possibly been the waitress that walked around our table, because she never greeted us to begin with, right? Minutes passed and so did she (several times) then asked did "she" take our drink orders. After telling her what we ordered, the waitress brought out the drinks that had been sitting there. Next, a huge spider began crawling down the glass of the window. My daughter panicked, so we moved ourselves...Our "waitress" was too busy talking to a coworker in the corner so she didn't notice. I let the bar tender know that we moved because of a spider and she said "that's fine". We knew that the move was fine, the lack of cleaning was not. 5 minutes later, I asked the waitress about rolls, because we had none and they were brought to the table. I ordered grilled shrimp, my husband ordered a steak, and daughter chicken tenders. After being there for an hour, we were done, and thanks to Charlen, the bar tender, we were ready to go. I don't know if it's the economy and the mentality of not working , but to some, customer service and common courtesy has become a lost art. The person that acknowledged us and was attentive to our needs was tipped respectfully, and we don't plan on making this a stop again...unless we're sitting at the bar ?.
The Wildcats just stopped in for a pre-game meal on the way to their first playoff game. With very little heads up, the team at Logan’s had 35 guys fed and out the door in an hour. Impeccable service and delicious food, thank you!!
Decent place to eat dinner when traveling on the road. Way better then any fast food. Although the drinks and food came out really fast. Service was good. No wait for a tablel. Everyone was polite and friendly... however the building and parking lot are staring to show thier age and it maybe time for a minor remodel.
Service was slow but friendly. Food wasnt prepared well. Asked for a medium rare steak and got one that was extremely rare and mostly fat. Otherwise ok experience. Not sure it's worth the price when food quality control isn't a priority.
I went with my daughter to celebrate and my steak was not edible. I got maybe 3 bites and couldn't even cut the rest of it. I told the waitress about it, she said "they be like that" and walked away. I could have gone to the manager but I just wanted to leave and not spoil the good time. But I was still hungry ?Ps my dog couldn't even chew it.?
Food was good, but my drink was less than what I expected after what we paid for it. My Rockin Strawberry was supposed to be kind of like a strawberry lemonade but it was more like strawberry juice with a lump of frozen lemonade dropped in it. For someone who rarely drinks, I expect a good drink when I do....
Service was great. Prices good, very busy. Ordered a medium rare t-bone and got a medium well. Would have taken a while for another steak so I just ate it.
It was horrible! We were with a big party they only provided 1 waitress. We had to wait over 20 minutes for water, around 30 for drinks. The waitress provided the wrong information concerning the meals. Some food was brought out burned and cold. The manager finally came and apologized. The only part of the meal that was good was the drink. I definitely would not recommend
