Hot-N-Ready does not mean you will get your food when you order it. I ordered my food and it waa 1 hour before I received it. I came up to the drive-thru after calling my order in 15 minutes earlier, and was told to pull around to the front to wait and they would bring my food out to me. Cut-to 40 minutes later I go in to see what is taking so long. I tell them I'm still waiting for my order, and they say, " Oh, you mean this order?" And then pick up my pizzas from the counter and hand them to me. They had to have sat there for at least 30 minutes. They were no longer hot. Not even warm.Food was fine, review is for the service.
The only problem I have with Little Caesars on North Mall drive in Alexandria Louisiana is the parking lot
They barely ever get the order right!!! I’m always told to park outside and they take 15 minutes to get me my correct order!
I give a one star only because I can't give negative stars. My husband and I walked in and were completely ignored to the point that workers were walking by us and literally turning their noses up and looking at the ceiling. Beyond this, they were preparing and handling food not only without masks, but without even gloves.
If I could rate no stars I would, my husband and I walked in only to be ignored as we stood at the counter, several employees saw us and we walked out after seeing that not one employee was wearing gloves or a mask while handling the food or preparing it
Most of the time the employees are friendly and at least act like they don't despise their jobs. Food is always great.

Pizza in a Pickle:Lanika provided excellent customer service and her team worked tirelessly with limited time to complete our order. We called and created a last minute order and the service was offered without hesitation. We appreciate the superb effort and we will return to place our large camp orders at this location in the future.
This order contained several pizzas and 1 crazy bread order. Ordered at 4:54. Came at 5:56 to pick up and they didn't have the crazy bread done!! 22 minutes later and still not ready. REALLY!!!!!!!!
