Closed more than 10 minutes before they should have, and didn't notice us sitting at the drivethru waiting to order for several minutes before we went to the window to learn that they were closed.
KFC was disappointing. Food was cold, order wasn't correct, the outside of the place looks terrible and needs updating and repaired. This was in Alexandria, LA.
Tell your customers that it'll be a 10 minute wait rather than assume we have 10 minutes. Also don't give me my drinks then make me wait 10 minutes, after the 7 minute drive home and waiting for the food our drinks were melted ice water. Small gestures go a long way, that may be missed on the employees making themselves comfortable at the expense of the customers.
Everything about this place is amazing the cook with the tattoos was wonderful cooked amazing food the woman with blue hair was awesome and very careful the man with the Louisiana arm tattoo was good too he talked to me in a good manner the kid with the kfc strong shirt was amazing too my only issue was they seemed very hot loved this crew

Service and quality has gone down within past couple of weeks. It was actually getting better. Saw a few new faces that were a breath of fresh air but I don't even see them anymore. I really hope this location gets it together.
It's fast food. The chicken was hot and tasty and the sides were fresh. Only drove thru. The staff was friendly.
I love KFC, and I hate to give a bad rating. I guess the employees cannot do anything about the tiny chicken in this store. The breasts were large in my 16-piece order, but the thighs, legs, and wings were just so tiny. For 16 pieces of chicken this is ridiculous. I got very hard french fries, they were the last in the vat/ container, and they probably should have been thrown away. A few of the employees were friendly. I have had bad experiences at the Pineville store. And I will not be going back to the Alexandria store. So I'm done with KFC in this area. If this is the food that KFC has decided to stick with then I will just go to the local Walmart or any supermarket deli and get better chicken than this! I got this for a family dinner, I had to pick up an additional eight piece from a supermarket to feed my six family members. We are all light eaters. Attaching a photo with three of the pieces of chicken. Most of the chicken was small. And for the price completely ridiculous! $38 down the drain.
The food was great and there was seating inside. The workers even came up to us and asked if we needed anything else.
Food was hot and good service!
