Oh my gosh. Food was absolutely delicious but what made this an outstanding experience was Mary, our waitress. What a fabulous personality. She was extremely personable and knew her menu inside out. Her recommendations were very detailed and she did not steer us wrong. All her selections were awesome. We will be back for more delicious food and to get another dose of cheerfulness from Mary. What a treasure she is.
Young lady that was our waitress was also making the drinks and handling other tables. (I wish I would remember her name!)She was so spectacular !! Very outgoing and just a ray of light!!Food came out quick, and was DELICIOUS! Very nice size plate and very affordable.Definitely come eat

Great service and great food!! My hometown hasn't had Carino's in a long time and we came across this one on our way to NOLA for a cruise. Absolutely HAD to stop. We were not disappointed and our server, Mary, was awesome!!
The service was good. It didn't take long for our food to come out. My ribeye was not a very good cut of meat but it was cooked right. I could have done better if I had cooked the same meal at home.

We love the food here. We did have an issue with our food taking a long time, on a busy night, but management made up for it. We went back last Sunday, and we're well taken care of. The food was really good, the service was great, thanks to our server, Krystal. She was our server on the busy night, so we asked for her again. Had a great time. Thanks
This is a nice place to eat but I don't think they are used to serving big crowds. The wait was very aggravating especially since it wasn't that busy. Several orders didn't come out until most people were already done eating and a couple of the kid meals that came out were cold. I don't think that people who had fewer people in their party had these issues. My church group is always looking for places to eat together after service but unfortunately this one will not be one that we will likely visit again. But I will say that the servers were really pleasant.
I called for Togo at this location! Tremaine was wonderful and helped me tremendously! I wasn’t sure of what I ate last time but he helped me remember, over the phone, I thought that was amazing! Everytime I go here the workers are great and they make sure my meal is perfect, exactly to my liking! I describe what I want and how I want it and the kitchen always deliver! Best lunch and dinner place in the Alexandria area! The wait is quick for togo and eating in! Perfect! No complaints!
Second time giving this restaurant a chance. Never ever coming back again! First time was during covid so we thought maybe that’s why it was bad so gave it another shot. Mainly was ticked off by the customer service. As soon as we were seated. I asked for a cup if warm water. Was told nope all we have is room temp. Asked if it would be possible to warm it up somehow said nope! Gave us the menus and just stands there. We asked for a few mins with the menu and the waiter goes that’s fine I’ll wait. Proceeds to wait AT THE TABLE!!! My husband felt pressured and just picked something random and I said I’m sorry I can’t think so fast please give me a few mins alone with the menu. The waiter says sure not a problem and just waits at the table clicking his pen. Doesn’t even step away a foot or anything…just right at the table. I was irritated and just picked something so he would just leave us alone at this point. Few mins go by and I was curious if we get salad with our entrees so I ask the same waiter if I could see a menu again (didn’t want to ask him) he straight out asks why? I was flabbergasted!!! Why I want to see the menu at a restaurant?!? Are u serious? He finally gets me the menu. I confirm that all entrees come with a salad. So we’re waiting for our salads and the waiter just brings us our entrees so I inquire “don’t our entrees come with a salad? And the waiter goes “well, you didn’t ask for it” seriously a customer needs to ask for the salad that comes with a entree?!? all in all the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a restaurant!! It was our wedding anniversary lunch but for them it was a random Tuesday lunch hr. NEVER ever come here! Fast food would have been a better experience than this restaurant.
