I firmly believe I could have found better food behind a dumpster. Everything came out cold and like it had been sitting around forever. I never actually got what I ordered which was stuffed hashbrowns. I took one bite of Everything I had and was charged $12. I left hungry and disappointed in the human race. The fact that another human had created something that tasted like a cold brick really shows the lack of brain activity.
The cooks were really loud. (Glad they seem to be enjoying their day, but their cutting up definitely slowed them down)Music was blaring when we first got there and while the TV was on.They did eventually turn the music off.(I don't mind music playing, just not blaring)You can tell they're short handed.One young girl was trying so hard to cover both sides of the place while the other two ladies were MIA for awhile. Now the 2 ladies that waited on us were niceThey had a couple leave that was here before us. They were waiting at least 30 mins for their food. They got tired of waiting.When we got our food, they brought me something different than I ordered. We will not be back. We will stick with IHOP.
This place is a complete joke nowadays nowadays, cannot be cannot be blamed on covid as all restrictions are lifted, comma but the staff closes the place at 12:30 and lock the doors and and when you come in to try and eat They like to be racist, me and a close friend who is black went to go eat there he walked in before me because I was finishing a cigarette he was allowed to sit down at a table but when I walked in I was told they was only doing take out orders onlyDo not waste your time or money at this establishmentAnd yes I did today shoot them the bird because I showed up at 12:30 and they had the doors locked
Today wasn't their best day at all. They were overwhelmed with 2 cooks 2 waitresses and a steady crowd that had to wait. Our food was cold by the time that it was delivered. Terrible overall experience- wasted time, money and energy on a nice Saturday morning. I DO NOT blame the employees not one bit. But the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
This was a waste of time and money. It took an hour to receive 2 meals. 2 people…. People that cMe in after us were served before us. The food was cold, soggy, bland and nasty. My wife’s eggs were like hospital eggs, this was a disappointment completely. I hoped after waiting that long that the food wood be awesome and looking at the reviews initially I had high hopes but after some in depth reading I realized that the 4 stars weren’t accurate. Oh but wait…because we had to wait so long…wait for it……. I got my glass of water for free. So nice of them. First experience and my last at Huddle House.
I went with my wife to eat breakfast. We walked to a booth and sat down. The table hadn't been bussed yet. That was no problem. The waitress started complaining to us because she had to seat 3 tables at once. She just kept complaining about it like she was mad we sat at a booth that wasn't cleaned yet. After we ate we had asked for our ticket so we could leave. She finally brought it to us and we paid with cash. She came back to the table and said, I hate to tell you this but I don't have change in the drawer. That was no problem. We had an extra dollar we gave her. She had the audacity to say, Gee thanks. We only make 2.70 cents an hour. I told her that maybe Huddle House needs to pay their employees more. Why is it that restaurants think they can pay their employees below minimum wage. Something needs to be done about that.
Amazing job. Great service even though the waiter was the only one on shift he was amazing. We never had to ask for anything and he checked on us often. Also food came out pretty quick and tasted amazing. Definitely best in my book.
Food was brought out fast and was hot. Service was quick and excellent. Our server Karen was on top of everything before we even had to ask. Very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.
It was great we ran into family we haven't seen in a while and it made the experience more enjoyable. But I'll be honest it was already great! The food, the employees, and the other people there!
Great late breakfast! Had the pecan waffles and husband hade the strawberry waffles. We also had coffee, bacon, grits and hashbrowns. It was very fulfilling. We had a lite snack of cheese/crackers and a cocktail for supper that night because we were still full from earlier.Wonderful staff. Clean environment. We will be back.
