⚠️ Warning ⚠️ If you eat at Hana in Alexandria please be prepared to pay higher prices than what are on the menu. When you confront the manager about being charged a higher price than the menu price, the issue WILL be blamed on the waitress and you will have to absorb the extra cost.
Absolutely fantastic experience!!!!! Kiddos had a blast!! Will 100% be back!!!! Our waitress was phenomenal and our chef is fantastic!!!!!!!
Hana is always a treat. Between Alexandria and Pineville, there's only one option for me to get sushi when I'm in town. The management, chefs, and servers are all friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Alexandria roll even if you don't usually like sushi.
My family loves Hana, but after tonight we won’t be back. My wife and I drove an hour and a half after work, to wait 40-50 minutes to get sat, waited 20 minutes for someone to get our drink order (my water had a spider in it) then waited an hour and a half for someone to come start cooking before we just got up and left. Nobody came to cook. It was highly disappointing because we loved that place so much. We’ll be finding another hibachi restaurant somewhere else.
This is the first time I've eaten here and I have to say that I wasn't very impressed. The hibachi style food kinda all tasted the same as they added the same liquid to all of it, must have been a soy sauce or teriyaki sauce of some sort.I did like the sushi though. I had the rainbow roll and it was yummy ?.
This was my first time at a hibachi restaurant for my cousins birthday and I was very impressed. The food was awesome and the chef was great. I had a great time with my cousin who goes regularly.
It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. The LSU roll was too crispy and inconsistently cut. But the soba noodles were delicious
We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed. Tonight was the worst dining experience ever. We waited 30 minutes and had to go ask the hostess if someone could bring menu's and take a drink order. Took another 15 minutes before someone actually came to do that. Asked for silverware and was told they didn't have any washed. The food was by far the worst ever. Nothing like the Hana that I know and love. Will not return.

My son wanted to have our company dinner at Hana. Waitress failed to make me aware of their policy where They REFUSED to put food on my 10 yr old's plate because I didn't purchase a separate order for him. I ordered a combo and intended to share. At a party of 10, he was shamed and embarrassed by being left an empty plate at the grill show. Excuse your policy, but when I pay for my food, you put the food where I want it put! Period!After the party left, I stayed and explained the incident to the manager, who apologized. But...Food was good other than that.
