So my first time trying to eat here .. I understand it was an hour before closing, but that doesn't matter, if someone comes in a restaurant 5 minutes before closing you are supposed to serve them. I work in a restaurant ... But if the kitchen is shut down by 9. And y'all are "basically closed" then it should say we close at 9 and not 10..
First time going to this location. Went for dinner and it wasn't crowded- maybe 1 other table and a person or 2 at the bar. We waited near the door to be seated about 10 minutes before being acknowledged by staff. The guy told us to follow him, but then proceeded to talk to the other seated table and disappeared to the back/kitchen, so we stood there confused and just went back to the front door to be seated. The guy then came back and told us it would be a 10 minute wait which seemed a little crazy since there was only one other table. We waited and got seated. Service was slow, food was slow. Food was decent- burgers and sandwiches.Atmosphere: open, game room space, tvs, bar area. Outside seating available too. Booths and tables.Service: unattentive, slow. Felt ignored.Location: not the best spot. Won't see from the main highway. Across from salad station. Limited parking.Food: burgers, wings, sandwiches, fries, wraps, hot dogs, salad, etc.Prices: a little pricey. Looking at about $13-20 per item.Don't really have an interest to return. Wasn't anything that stood out to me.
We loved our visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was great. The Bae Burger was seasoned amazingly. The atmosphere is a cross between walk-ons and twisted root burgers.
I used to love coming to FatPats with my family, service was always quick and friendly and food was always excellent. But this past trip was just awful. Waited an hour for our food and appetizers to come out at the same time. There were barely any people there! Waitress informed us she was new but barely checked on us and seemed very unhappy to be there. Food was cold and we still paid full price after being told they would comp our appetizers. Management never checked in on us after seeing us with an empty table for an hour, never going back.
It's really depressing here now, we waited for almost 30 minutes for our food despite being the only customers there and when our food came out the fries and onion rings were overdone and cold. The server was so sad that it was depressing.
Not really sure what happend to this place! My first experience was wonderful. The service and food was awesome. I just left out of there last night and I will never go back again. Me and my husband.. walked In and there was hardly anyone there on a friday night, should of been a tell tell sign there but no we sat down orderd drinks. When we got our drinks there seemed to be black specs of something in both drinks.. dirty glasses, mold in the ice or bugs not really sure. So now we were waiting on our food a cheeseburger and a hamburgersteak. I spefically ordered no mushrooms and they put mushrooms so I sent it back. Then they attempted to scrap them off and brought it back to me not to mention the first time the waitress brought out food carrying it out the kitchen she almost dropped everything on the floor. My husband's cheeseburger was a joke literally falling apart and the bun was bigger than the meat patty. Somehow they manged to overcook French fries but the fries were col. So I'm assuming they just had French fries ready to go. Not to mention the waitress herself did not seem happy to be there. So unless you want to get scammed out of 60.00 bucks or more I would definitely recommend passing by and going somewhere else. Such a shame how good they were when they first opened compared to now. Little no management.
Just go to McDonald's save your money. Last 4 times have been a waste. Even with the new management.
Me and my wife came in the other day. the waitress didn’t even introduce herself to us. the food took 30+ mins for how slow the restaurant was. the queso is just nacho cheese with a twist and the wings tasted like they were fried twice as in (old). definitely not going back after that.
Food was good. Service good. Inside spelled like paint. Beer on tap wasn't cold nor the mug. My only complaint.
Just walked out after an hour of waiting for order to come out and never received it. I could easily understand the wait if the restaurant was busy or I was with a large group. Sadly that wasn't the case. There was not many customers and at my table was just my wife and I. The waitress was not friendly, failed to update us to an extended wait to be served and she just appeared to generally not be happy with being there. This was only my second time to visit the restaurant and I don't recall experiencing poor service like this on my first visit. I'm not sure if I'll give it a go at this place ever again. I put tremendous stock in service and today Fat Pat's didn't come close to good service.
