The absolute worst. All the commercials etc. SHOWING GOOD PIZZA AND FAST SERVICE. In Alexandria Louisiana they are slow. Ask for a refund and they tell u they can't give u a receipt but you should get the credit back in 5 days. And the general manager blamed the credit card bank for the length of time for the return. He basically confirmed that all the poor service and lack there of was the norm. WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN.
I have ordered from them 2 days in a row. They got it wrong both times.
I ordered hand toss and got thin crust and when the guy took the card he put in the card number and 3 dig code on back
November 2021, I had Domino’s at my daughters in Vegas. Hands down, the best vegetarian pizza I’ve ever had…. Thin crust… amazing… So with that said, a few months ago I wanted that same pizza here at home, along with other items.. the wings were good so I can’t complain there.. as for the pizza.. horrible..nasty soggy.. never again..
Great pizza but the prices have gotten steep without the ability to use more than one coupon.
Understaffed… and also thinks calling you on a cell phone and not leaving a voicemail and not returning your call back and not returning your text counts as “notifying you” of something. In this case, the “something” was that my one cheese pizza was going to take 2 hours.Order somewhere else.Update: my partner officially clocked in for an hour as a bartender, had the kitchen make a pizza, found someone to cover the bar, and drove to our house to deliver it… and it still arrived WAY before Domino’s told me mine would. Lulzzzz
Terrible customer service! I placed an order and 1 minute later it was canceled so I called to find out why, and they kept putting me on hold and hanging up. I was not able to speak to an associate.
I have recently became a loyal dominoes customer and have always received pretty good service until now , today I placed my regular order online then received a call back they are out of spinach I asked if I could receive a discount are something free for the inconveniences they said no, so I cancelled my order and attempted to order from Pizza hut who had a outrageous wait time for delivery so I opted back to doninoes so I ordered a pizza and pasta I received a call back no pasta tins are pasta I was aggrevated but said okay and changed it to chicken only in disbelief to receive another call back they are out of chicken also . So why even open today if you have nothing? No one offered a discount are free item even after I asked . This entire experience today has been horrible!! The only reason I decided to keep my order this time is because it's the only other place that I can pay cash and that's the only reason . Booo on you dominoes I am a regular customer but probably will not be much longer. Terrible
called for a delivery and was refused service which is werid seeing as i live 3 minutes from them so i called papa johns such a shame i will be complaining higher up the chain of command
I will admit to having trouble with delivery in the past in the sense of it taking a little too long, but other than that I can't complain and I like their deals??
