Best pizza in Alexandria. Perfect pizza place to take family and kids. Their game room is incredible. Food is always the best. Staff are so welcoming and attentive. Definitely a must stop when in the area.
Went tonight with my family. I haven’t been there for several years. The food was hot with a large variety. They even made a pizza with my favorites. Good value for the food, but the best part of the experience was Madison. He was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend Cici’s to eat and enjoy. Thank you Madison.
The customer service was stellar. From staff to management, we were happily greeted by everyone. We never had empty plates sit at our table and the food was really good. Freshest salad I’ve had in months. Highly recommend.
We had several busses of middle schoolers returning from a week of camp. Our team lined up our Friday lunch stop proactively with the crew with ease. Their team absolutely hit a home run getting us through quickly today. To watch them crank out so many pizzas with such positive and friendly attitudes was awesome! This was the Best, Easiest, and most enjoyable group feeding experience I have ever had 25 years of taking students camp!!
We went in at 9:30 and it closes at 10:00 with 30 minutes left we ate and they asked if we wanted any type of food we wanted for them to make and they did and it was so good great customer service they kept asking how everything was going if we are good and it felt very nice that’s why I give it a 5 star review
Very good Pizza it was the first time I had eaten at CiCis I. Many years. I'm 50 now and I was around 17 yrs old and it was located in North west Louisiana (ARKLATEX) Shreveport or Bossier I think . Maybe in the Shreve City area of Shreveport. I took my 11 year old daughter to Cicis in Alexandria and she was amazed and happy that they had so many choices and you could order a specific pizza if it wasn't out on buffet. It was an awesome day and great atmosphere but the best part was I was with my Sunshine and my greatest blessing from God. I'm glad we got to finally go and I love you more than anything else on the earth Isabella Divine .
Food was fresh but not all the pizza spots were full.
The restaurant was clean,the staff was friendly,the pizza hot, salad fresh.
If I could give zero stars I would have. The food was good but our experience was horrible. The employees behind the counter was so loud and using profanity like it wasn’t nothing. We were not that close to them and could still hear them. The place was full of kids and elders there is no reason for this. Also when I asked her a certain kind of pizza to be made the attitude from the employee was so mean. We just ended up leaving.
Love this restaurant! Different kinds of delicious pizzas to choose from, I especially love the cinnamon rolls! They even have great play area where kids can play games. My last visit here was a wonderful experience, I was impressed how they expanded the restaurant some.
