The ladies behind the counter or wonderful and sweet and very patient! They even made food fresh for me when they ran out instead of telling me that they no longer had the item even though it was close to closing time! I also doordash and do food delivery from there regularly and they are always excellent on getting the orders out on time if not early!
Always fast, always good, always consistent. The food is never bad one day and good the next, it's just good everyday. The place is usually pretty busy so the food is always fresh. Good deal for the money too, the portions are beyond generous.
Inedible...Absolutely the worst supposedly Chinese food we have ever tried. It was absolutely awful.
Ok so I thought maybe the first 2 times I went here to get food that maybe everyone was being rude bc it was so busy and maybe the staff was having a bad day, NOT!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS VERY BAD!!!! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR @ THIS RESTAURANT

In all my life I have never found such a friendly, courteous, and respectful restaurant such as here. The customer service is so amazing that it’s almost too good to be true. They never fail to impress. They care just as much about the customers as they do the food. It is unbelievable how great the food is for such a low price. The staff and employees are always on the top of their game. This has to be my number one rated dining anywhere around Alexandria. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already! I recommend China Bull to anyone looking for the best customer service and food!!!

Not a buffet. But it's like panda express but better and good price. Large amount of food for what you pay.
