Food was good, service was awful ! Asked cashier if they had sweet tea because that’s what we ordered and there was none by the soft drink machine. She walked right past us, ignored us and acted as if she heard nothing. When we had ordered our food, she rudely told us the side of the room we wanted to sit on was closed. But the next person behind us that ordered was able to sit where we originally were. The whole time we ordered, fixed our drinks and had issue's with the cashier the manager and another employee sat at a table eating. They heard us complaining and watched the whole thing and nothing was done or said. Like I said food was good but service made the experience awful and I will not drive 2 hours to eat here again.
My first time trying them. I love the food I got it was very fresh, the service was fast, and lady at the driveway was very nice. I will definitely be going back again.
Look. I didn’t want to like y’all. I mean, how does a place named Chicken Salad Chick stay open so long. Well, my wife-in-law convinced me to try it. So I did….gas is $4.00 a gallon and I made the trip from Tioga to Alexandria TWICE in one day to eat from this place. It’s soooooo good!!!!!! I can’t wait to try the new flavors. And that potato soup? ?
Staff is amazingly polite. Online ordering. Drive through. Dine in. Grape salad is the absolute best! I eat here every time I'm in town for lunch and have time.

First time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick. What a breath of fresh air! Loved the variety, loved the food. And the little cookie at the end! ❤ My friend and I immediately looked to see if there was one in our home state! The pleasure we had when we found there was one close by!
