Worst experience in 30 years at a Chick fil a, both food and customer service. The workers (3 guys) were more interested in talking with the car of 4 girls for 5-10 minutes before sending them forward and taking our order. When we got to our food the fries they contained many burnt ones and the nuggets lacked flavor. Visit another location.
99% of the time they are great. Which I guess is a pretty good rating. Since 2018. I have only had one person be rude, and my sandwich order be wrong 3 times. (it had tomatoes and I'm allergic)Everyone is always nice and friendly. Some are happier and skipping in line when they take orders. It really does make it a better experience. When at most other places, people seem to hate their life when you try to be pleasant to them. I wish they would open one in Pineville. Overall, my food is always hot, it tastes amazing and the line moves quickly. Reward points are great too!!!
My English muffin, sausage egg and cheese -- the muffin was hard as a rock. I had already left and we were on a trip so I didn't turn around to get another one. Quality control folks! This wasn't indicative of our routine CFL visits back home. I did eat the sausage egg and cheese. The coffee was excellent as usual. But man, that hard muffin and the problem with that was there was nothing else for miles driving south to get anything to replace it with. We ordered on the app and had to go inside to get it. We stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for our food and we were the only folks inside. About half the staff was outside messing with the flagpole for some reason. The service was with a smile, however.
I got a Cobb salad that literally looks like it came out of a dumpster. Over half of it was wilted and brown and not just a little. It was gross I ended up eating the chicken and trashing the rest. Really disappointed I've never had a chick fil a salad this bad before.
Go to chick til a a lot. Stopped here while traveling. Took over twenty minutes to get food. On top of that paid extra for extra large fries and didn’t get anymore than a regular fry. Not very clean either. I have been to alot Of chick til a but this one is subpar
Chick FIL-A is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. Food is always great, but this particular location was a little slower than my normal experience. ??♂️
I believe most people in town are familiar with the food here, it is excellent for fast food. I haven't had any food items that I didn't enjoy. The 4 I gave was for the service time. They try hard to get you out timely but with so many people it can be a challenge!
You get what you expect at these places. Fast food super hot soup and fresh everything. Status quo for a chick fila
Possibly the worst run chick fil I have ever been to. From the start they continued to take orders from one line moving it forward while the other line was incredibly slow. Once we made it to the order pickup spot it was obvious that there was no method at all. They had cars parked all over the place and they were walking around looking for the right car. One employee was wiping his nose the whole time. Chick-fil-A is normally very efficient even when they are incredibly busy - this one was an exception. I only gave it two stars because I heard one of the managers telling people to get more pep in their step and telling customers to have a blessed day.
It’s usually great. I sat in the drive through tonight (3/16) and it was 15 minutes before they got to me in line and another 20 minutes before I got my order. No receipt given so can’t give my order number. It was chaotic.
