Pulled into drive thru to order food. No one came on so we could pulled up to the window (there was literally no other customers). They told me their headset was dead (no biggie), but then told me I had to come inside to order because they were not allowed to take orders at the window. We went to McDonald’s instead. I would have given zero stars but it wasn’t an option.
They need to just close it down or find an owner who cares! Burger King has been doing horrible everywhere but this location is just outright pitiful! If you get a drink you may get luck and get ice! If they have meat you may be able to get a burger that’s is possibly room temp. Fries are always hard and burnt! Inside as well as outside is disgusting! Nobody is nice at all! And if you do muster the courage to eat what you pay for if your lucky enough to have cash because the card machine is down, then you will feel nasty and borderline sick for the rest of the day! I’m tired of leaving reviews to burger king whenever I do receive a receipt! Owner should be down right ashamed!
I wanted onion rings and you had them. I'll continue to return, as long as you do. The burgers were, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, with light mayo & mustard. Very good, if I must say so myself. Best of all, the food was hot.
Got our order wrong. No big deal right?! Well yeah...BIG DEAL a whopper I'd different from a double meat burger on regular thick sliced bread. Ordered fries ... no fries in bag. Seems like the person handling the drive thru had a hearing problem. BK is usually pretty good no matter where it is. Gonna call this an aberration and let it go.
Got breakfast this morning. They were very nice and I got my food quickly and it was delicious
Staffing issues. I arrived after 1pm and was asked to wait in the drive through because he had no staff. About 15-17 minutes later I received my burger.
We went 1 hour before closing and they ignored the entire drive thru line. The heavy sent black woman was not even wearing headset. We were able to order and window and as were telling her what we want she’s not putting it in on computer. She waited until we told her everything we wanted and then put it and and forgot 3 items that we asked for. We pulled back around and sat for 10 minutes before she came back. This place will ignore customers when it’s close to closing so I don’t recommend. All lazy workers just slugging around and chewing their fingernails directly before putting napkins into your bag.
Went by and they are suppose to be open at 6 am. No one would answer in the drive through. Went around and could see the employees inside but no one would answer. Tried the doors and locked. If they are going to claim to be open they need to be or have a change of hours on the door. It is currently 6:20am claim to open at 6…..
On sunday my food was hot n fresh and on Wed my food was dry and old... No consistency
I’ve always loved Burger King, but my husband usually won’t go, and we both refuse to go to McDonald’s which was nearby. A young woman very slowly waited on us after she got through chatting with another employee. We ordered Whoppers, fries, and two soft drinks. The lady who took our order took our cups to fill them as the soda fountain station was closed. She gave us our drinks filled all the way to the top of the cup…and there was no ice in the drink. When I mentioned it, she looked funny and said, Oh, I guess I forgot…but didn’t offer us any ice. When we took a drink, it was apparent that there was also no CO2 either. When we got our food, everything was cold and the tomatoes looked like someone had stepped on them. The dining area was very dirty and messy. I’ve never been in a bad Burger King, and this one was absolutely horrible. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.
