The French toast was soggy and not all the way cooked
Service was ok could of been better very unfriendly cashier I used drive thru.
Burger King service has definitely hit a wall. The few workers that are employed there are giving their all but it's hard to provide fast service with a skeleton crew. If you have a favorite item, they still provide it but don't be in a rush.
We were traveling through from a trip to new Orleans. We stopped at 115pm. The service was really slow. The staff was complaining and were talking about quitting because customers in the drive thru were upset at their slow service. There were 4 people in duty. They couldn't handle the 3 customers at a time they were fortunate to get. It was pathetic. They complained loudly and never tried to make a customer feel good about coming there to give them business. I would suggest not going tonthis location.
12/5/[email protected] 11:11 A.M. an order was placed for Mozerella Sticks.We were issued a bag of nuggets at the drive thru. We handed them back and asked for the Mozarella sticks that we ordered. We were told to pull up because they had to be cooked (we did).After a few minutes, the manager comes out with the same bag of nuggets that appeared to be refried.She (allegedly the manager) said that it was her employees in the back that made the mistake, again.Never going back--it is not worth the chaos
Disgusting place they don’t ever have anything always out. Just a matter of time before they close down. You would think the owners would get involved and update the dump.
20 minutes to get our order of 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 medium diet cokes! At least they were hot and good!
I only put 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. The service was horrible, the food was cold, not cooked to order, and the fountain drink machine is broken so no refills. I will not ever be going back to this Burger King.

Just stopped in to get food for my workers and after paying for food was told there was no straws for drinks. I asked several times but was told no so I returned my drinks and left with just the food. COVID-19 is still spreading around and they are serving people without straws. Handling all our cups and lids with their nasty hands that they taking money with. They need to shut down if they can’t get straws. Straws are available every where in town. So dissatisfied with service. Never ever got a receipt with this either.
